i went here and ordered a meatball sub in the drive thru. i sat at the window for approximately 10 minutes without interaction before someone finally came and took my card, almost threw the sandwich at me, and closed the window. come to find out that when i got home, i got a totally different sandwich than what i ordered. i understand that everyone has a bad day and things get hectic, but the worst part of this experience is that subway has no place to submit a complaint or a way to right this. i’ve attached a picture of my “meatball sub.” i would give this experience 0/5 stars if i could.

Normally have had a great experience at this location. But I went this weekend and was very disappointed. My foot long roast beef had maybe four puny thin slices of meat, very little lettuce, and a few little tomatoes. I basically paid 15 bucks for a bread sandwich, extremely disappointed because I have always gotten good sandwiches here before.

My boyfriend and I went here. First issue was they handed us our sandwiches and I could tell they already got the order wrong because I ordered a 6inch and they gave me a footlong (I couldn’t complain about that lol but I knew since they messed that up I should check the whole order) we opened up the sandwiches and they literally had napkins shoved inside of them… my boyfriend went in and got new napkins. We got home to eat and I noticed the onions did not taste right at all and were more pink than purple and did not look right… my boyfriend thought the same thing. Sad because this subway used to be awesome (with really great workers)

Beautiful, new building- probably the nicest Subway I’ve seen. Plus they have a drive thru! Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food looked and tasted fresh. Spacious booths and plentiful seating. Clean bathrooms with nice-smelling soap! Wish they had a changing table but everything else was great!

I went into this Subway today I had a coupon where I buy any 6-in sub I needed a 6-in sub for free and they tried telling me that it couldn’t be a special keyboard sandwich I could only do the build my own but they were going to charge me for an extra things. I told them like coupon says any Subway sandwich absolutely will not sleep going back there it was horrible customer service and they don’t want to honor their coupons

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich to go. Then I get in my car start driving down the road and I open up my sandwich. It is completely covered in mayonnaise. There is so much mayonnaise that is covering the outside of the sandwich.

Don’t eat OR work here.
The scheduling manager is beyond selfish.
The owner is ableist and retaliates against anyone that questions the ridiculous and arbitrary rules she sets.
Most employees don’t respect gender identity either.
Also, don’t trust the food. Most of the vegetables are still served after going bad and a lot of the meat WILL give you food poisoning 🙂
