Used the app to order – said would be completed at 12:05 – order completed at 12:20. That is understandable as there were only 2 people working at the time.

Order was for a subway club with many various veggies, less mayo, and less mustard, toasted on Italian.

As the order was not ready when i arrived, i confirmed that one of the sammiches was less mustard and less mayo. The sammich ‘artist’ took it upon himself to slather a horrendous amount of both mayo and mustard – There were about 2/3 a cup of onions that were absolutely drenched in mayo and mustard (pictured).

When I got home I couldn’t eat the sloppy mess – I know, I know, don’t complain about Extra toppings right? No. I paid for what I paid for. There was so much stuff on it that I would need a bib.

I took it back, got a replacement sammich and received only denial and deflection from the ‘artist’. The shift manager was ok. I declined an entire remake of the order, a free footlong in the future and the cookies, etc, she offered.

I just want what I ordered.

By the way – I asked her if she toasted the remake, she said yes. I get home and go figure, soft untoasted bread. 0 for 2.

All I ask for it to get what I paid for. No one there seems to take pride in what they do, that is until an aggravated customer drives back and demands the product that was paid for an hour and a half after before he receives it.

If there was a Zero star option I would.
Service was awful, we tried to place an order on the app. It never came off the processing screen, we reloaded and it sent us back to Home Screen. Tried again, same thing. So we called the store to check if they had gotten the order or not, if not we’d just drive and come in. Person on the phone had an attitude saying they had two orders and they couldn’t refund/ cancel second order. We explained that we did not need second order and did not mean to order twice, but the app was not working. Person on phone said again they had two orders. We went in to restaurant, asked for a manager was immediately told there was no manager there. Was not asked what our issue was until after a few minutes of standing there. We explained what happened on the phone. One chimed in said they answered the phone. Attitude continued they said they refunded the second order and made the first one “fresh and correct”. Two of the sandwiches were made wrong, one completely incorrect. We wanted to explain what our end of the order transaction on the app looked like. They came over and glanced at the phone for a second and said they have been having issues with the app and it’s not their fault. But neither is it ours, we simply were asking a question and did not need the attitude. A simple explanation would have been great. If you are having a bad day don’t spread it to others, no need to be rude for no reason. I hope your day gets better and you are nicer to the next customer. 6/5/25

This is seriously the best subway I’ve ever been to. Always clean, workers are polite, and they always give me the EXTRA EXTRA black olives I ask for . Xander is extra polite. I’ve been there twice in the last couple weeks so far. I go in the evening or late afternoon. Keep being amazing

Subway why!!?? You have really gone down hill. This is my sandwich! How am I supposed to eat this! Its completely blown out and soooo much mayo! They didn’t even put napkins in our bag. I’m so disappointed as subway used to be so good.

My order was made incorrectly and the service was poor. The two young boys working there were very unprofessional and joking around in front of myself and other customers. They also were swearing. I also felt as if my ingredients on my sandwich were not fresh.

Whole order messed up. Order chicken bacon ranch with veggies and got chicken bacon with no veggies and sweet onion sauce. Order sweet onion with no veggies and just got chicken. Cant even tell what sauce was put on my other sandwich. Definitely will not order from this store again

Just bought a sub at 11:30. Breaded clearly cut in half and left over from yesterday. Hard as a rock.

Had to decline tomatoes as they were clearly old and looked awful.

Really disappointing experience.

EDIT: Ever since the original staff have been replaced, I’ve had nothing but bad experiences. Why do you guys let employees with hickeys on their neck work in a public restaurant? My orders are constantly wrong (I order through the app too) and they’re sooooo slow, stop counting every slice of pickle and just throw it on. Christ.

Old review: I ordered online like I usually do, and when I got there someone was pretending to be me to take my food. The lady at the counter apologized and offered me a freebie and remade my sandwich. This Subway has constantly raised my expectations of other Subway locations.

To the guy who stole my food: Go get a hobby other than stealing.
