The absolute worst cold pizza. We used to love Pizza Hut pizza. Sadly we have ordered from here 3 times. Big big mistake. Never again. Sat on the counter for 4O minutes before pick up. Yuk!

Consistently great food and service. Pizza Hut King City always delivers quality. The pizza was hot, cheesy, and made just right. Staff were courteous and helpful, and the place was clean and welcoming. A dependable spot whenever you’re craving pizza!

I had the worst experience with this location! I ordered for pick up. And when I arrived to pay they were giving my order to a delivery driver and let him walk out with my order. So I followed him back to my house, and he said he has no machine for payment. So I had to follow him back to the restaurant to pay. And then they forgot my Caesar salad, and said they don’t have Caesar salad, but still charged me for it. And only didn’t realize they charged me for it until after I paid. And to top it off the cashier and other employee were laughing at me when I explained how frustrating this whole ordeal was. Because they let my food go with the driver knowing it was mine. This Pizza Hut was horrible. Food was cold and order was wrong. Employees were inconsiderate and incompetent. Would not recommend this place which is so upsetting because in my old neighborhood my family and I love ordering Pizza Hut.

If I could give zero stars I would 100%. The pizza is not bad but the staff can’t even take an order. Tried calling in a pick up order but the staff wouldn’t listen and was so condescending even though while they were repeating my order it was wrong, multiple times. I tried to correct multiple times but was brushed off with arrogance. It took 10 mins before they said that they were trying to take an in person order at the same time. Like are you kidding why not put me on hold to take the in person order or hire more staff so one person can take the in person orders while another answers phones. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. If the owner sees this please retrain your staff to have common sense and manners or hire more people to help with the rush hours.

Whosoever owns this location, kindly change your staff. They never pick up the phone even though it works perfectly fine. They just don’t show up as if they want to be in that place at all, as if they are forced to be there. This is the case every single time. They don’t necessarily look after their or the place hygiene either. The Pizza Hut itself must look into this franchise and do something about it. They are loosing their permanent customers because of bad customer service.
