Put in an order for a baby shower 4 days in advance, they only needed 24-48 hr notice. Went to pick it up on scheduled date and time. Went there and they did not even have my order, they lost my order, it was never made. Then they proceeded to ask me am I sure I ordered it from the Eldridge location, I said yes. They asked me like 2 to 3 times and I sure I ordered it there, I was beginning then to doubt myself did I order it there or not? But yes I did order there because I had to Google their phone number and I had it on my phone. So I did not get the sandwiches I ordered. Daughter went to pick up order….told him that one of the knotted bread order…she was told they could not do that, they could not make it short on notice because they had to make it right then and there and they couldn’t do the knotted bread. So my subs looked like they were thrown together. They gave me cookies as a “we’re sorry” I didn’t need or WANT their cookies…I had 2 dz cookies from a bakery already. I’d rather they took off of my bill. I was charged $85.58. For subs that were half had ham and the other had turkey. It was like 7 foot longs…shouldn’t come to that.

This is the best subway I have ever eaten at. We had lunch there today and the staff was so friendly and they even cut up the vegetables for my protein bowl. I haven’t had that done at a different subway. Cudos to this subway and the staff gets 10 stars!!!

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch on flat bread. The bread was so HARD, it was like eating stale bread. I have NEVER had bad food from this Subway. I guess its the first time for everything!! Very disappointed!!

Right when I walked in I was instantly greeted. The staff were so helpful especially Austin! He helped me decide on what kind of sandwich I wanted and CC I believe her name was helped as well and they got it done super quick!! I will 100% be coming back to this location.

I have been here numerous times and I am always welcomed and helped right away. Only got my order wrong once and few staff have memorized my order. I appreciate what they do, I have heard about manager and owner problems but haven’t seen anything like that.
