Sent my Fiancé to get lunch because I’m at home postpartum with my baby one bite into my sandwich and I almost broke my tooth. The owner was there being very rude making my sandwich. I know it was the owner just by how my Fiancé explained him he is never nice and you think that he would do a better job. I also have a video of how hard this piece is that I almost broke my tooth on. It’s literally as hard as a hockey Puck.

I love this place. But tonight my chicken teroky sub was the dad. Foot long bun was under baked. And my toasted sandwich was cold my chicken was just like it was pulled from the fridge. My cheese not melted. If I wanted cold chunks of chicken on an under cooked bun I would have went without. I will be finding a new subway. For the price I will not again

I have tried to like this subway location, It’s Close, convenient, But I’am almost embarrassed to say how many times I have placed an order to have utter disappointment.
Bread hard, stale.. lack of condiments. Freshness, NOPE!
Just close the doors.. Rather drive to the store on 1st ave, Friendly workers, Fresh made sandwiches with a smile.

Ordered online went in and food wasn’t ready.
Three people working only one was actually helping a customer.kid at register hands me bag saying order was done but i had to get my own chips and bottled pops.Didn’t have tuna for a salad so I asked for turkey and ham they put bare minimum on even though I paid for extra meat. Also salad had no dressing at all.meatball sub had no cheese at all and no extra meat

Probably one of the better Subways in town. The times I’ve visited have been positive, and I appreciate the free cookies I received on one visit.

I can’t say enough of what great service and wonderful sandwiches that I received from this Subway on Mt.Vernon Road! I placed a large order for my department’s lunch. Ken was super helpfull! Helping me select lunch boxes and platters. He helped me with ways to accommodate a couple dietary restrictions. I asked that the toppings be separate from the sandwiches and he did a beautiful job!! I don’t believe that they have delivery, but he delivered it us, right on time!!! Everyone LOVED the food! Thank you to Ken and his crew!!!

Really happy with the service and our three sandwiches. We were a bit upset that another location wasn’t open, even though the sign stated we arrived during work hours. Luckily, this Subway’s owner 1-manned it, provided perfect service, and again, all our sandwiches were super tasty. This’ll be our go-to location from now on.
