Dropped by Big Tony’s for a nightcap and some live tunes courtesy of the karaoke crowd!
The place was buzzing—likely thanks to karaoke night—which meant limited seating inside. That said, there’s plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the atmosphere.
I didn’t get a chance to try the food, but the smell of pizza and calzones via the ovens was very tempting.

I’ve been visiting Big Tony’s for just about a year now. I’ve never been a weekly regular, but I’d say I go 2-3 times a month. They’ve never missed. The food is spot on, and the bartenders are always so friendly and welcoming. They have regular rotating events and the BEST HAPPY HOUR in Arlington. Cheers.

The best vibes in Clarendon! Great service, the best bartenders and it’s got a chill vibe. Perfect for watching sports and the food is solid as well! You can be drinking and take a few steps and grab a slice of good pizza. Can’t beat it!

We enjoyed this place. Pizza could have been more fresh but was okay. Service was okay. Nice atmosphere.

Nice dive bar-like atmosphere. Pizza was great, the cheese steak was really good, and the bartender Brittany was awesome as always. Things definitely get “livelier” after about 10:00pm on Saturdays that’s for sure.

Had an amazing experience working with Big Tony’s for a large catering order. They we’re super helpful in explaining their offerings, mocking up a menu and getting the order finalized. Not to mention great food and prices. Will definitely be ordering from them again soon!

What a nice little spot – normally too small for my taste, but the atmosphere was nice and the pizza was good! And then the crowd got livelier as it transitioned to a karaoke night in the middle of my meal, and what a fun time!
Worth a stop for at least a quick bite.

The steak& cheese and thier lemon pepper chicken wing are good. I’m surprised a foodie haven’t blown this place up yet . Their steak and cheese is just as good as soko butcher and Al’s steakhouse . I couldn’t understand the women who answered the phone . They were very kind and cooked the food up to par . It’s just dealing with trying to communicate with someone who can’t speak proper English is frustrating. Why have them answering the phone ?

My friend and I visited on November 4th around 12:30 AM. We went to the bar and were served by a blonde bartender. I smiled at her, but she didn’t acknowledge us and only said, “We’re doing last call.” The hours posted say “until we say so,” so we ordered a couple of drinks and planned to be finished by 1:00 AM. She never communicated a closing time. While I stepped away, my friend closed out our tabs. Because the bar uses the Toast system, his tab was on a handheld device and mine was on the main terminal. Since it was my card, he didn’t want to add a tip without asking me, and I didn’t realize this right away. When I returned, the bartender did not mention anything about the tip not being added. Later, when my friend told me he had closed out my tab too, I asked for the receipt so I could add the tip. The bartender seemed flustered trying to reprint it, and when I saw the receipt, a gratuity had already been added. This establishment does not have automatic gratuity, so I asked her about it. She tried to suggest my friend had signed for the tip, but he had not. I asked for a manager and requested that the unauthorized tip be removed. The manager told me it couldn’t be reversed but offered free drinks instead. I accepted just to avoid further conflict, but I would have preferred the incorrect tip be corrected. As someone who works in the service industry, I know that tips on closed tabs can be adjusted in Toast, so being told it couldn’t be fixed did not feel honest. To make things worse, about 25 minutes later another couple arrived and was warmly greeted, not told last call, and served with a smile, which made the difference in treatment very noticeable. Overall, the experience left us feeling disrespected and taken advantage of, especially because a tip was added without consent.

Small pizza shop located right across from the Clarendon metro. I went for lunch and was the only customer during my entire visit. The pizza was decent but not really what I would consider to be New York style and for the price I expected better quality. They have some unique toppings but I don’t think they are that memorable. I’m pretty sure this place caters to the late night drink crowd but as a general pizza shop there are plenty of better options close by.
