My husband and I ordered a couple footlongs from the mobile app and went to pick them up. We had both ordered extra meat (he ordered Double meat and I ordered 50% more meat), since our last time ordering from here was such a disappointment- I had received a completely different sandwich than what I ordered, and they didn’t even say anything to me about it. So hopes and expectations were low on if they could actually make these orders correctly. We entered the store and see three women behind the counter, all of whom seem to be trying to figure out how to make our sandwiches. We can physically taste the confusion in the air and see the blank stares in the eyes of our “Sandwich Artists”. I glance at the sandwich one of the women is holding, with its wimpy strands of a couple peppers and onions, and hear her ask the other one if she should toast the veggies too ♀️. That one and the third woman scramble to find the ticket to attempt to read the instructions. I knew this was going to be another disappointment. So we sit back and wait for this amusing display of incompetence play out, and receive our subs a few minutes later. We get home and unwrap them and yup, totally did not follow instructions clearly printed out on our order ticket. Big surprise . We both did not receive the extra meat that we paid extra money for, and the sub itself (veggies, condiments, etc) was just pathetic. A hungry 5 year old who can’t even reach the counter could do better than this. How is it that 3 (!) people couldn’t read simple instructions and put together a well-made sandwich? Check out the photos and do not come here if you actually want what you paid for.

Made customers sandwich after us before she would ring us up sat there for more than 7 minutes to even pay. She didnt want to take her gloves off and put fresh gloves on for the next customer. She seemed annoyed by our presence. Will not be going back when that worker is there. And to add my Sandwich was toasted, and not even warm anymore.

Subway. What the heck?? I didn’t order my sandwich half plain and half with the condiments?? Somebody named Jeff something shouldn’t be making sandwiches if he cant get this right. And his attitude was unacceptable either.

Ordered a sandwich online around 4pm and it was made incorrectly. I paid $15 for the sandwich so naturally I drove back to have them remake it. Only one person was working and their computers crashed (not his fault). When the other worker finally showed up there was absolutely no sense of urgency to help the store full of people. All said and done I finally made it out of the establishment at 5:05pm with my sandwich. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a food establishment. Would give this place a 0/5 if I could.

Came for dinner tonight. Placed an online order, when we got there “they never got the order” waited an additional 45 minutes waiting for sandwiches then had to sit though the process of proving we paid blah.
Got home- there was a long red hair inside my sandwich. I’m calling subway so I can get a new sandwich, Kaleb finds THE SAME LENGTH AND COLOR HAIR IN HIS SANDWICHES ALSO
Lady asked if we wanted our sandwich’s remade- like no thanks there’s clearly a hygiene issue.
Lady on the phone got super rude “well we wash our hands”
Like handwashing isn’t the issue- is someone scratching their hear around the food? Is someone’s hair not in a hair tie?
This is so disgusting and probably won’t be going back.

I hate. When I take a bite of my sandwich and there is a thick layer of cheese. And every time, I open my sandwich to find 7 slices of cheese STACKED ON TOP OF EACH OTHER. So I take the cheese off. I take another bite. And my mouth is bombarded with pickle juice. Fix this please.

All the vegetables were almost empty or they didn’t have them, all the syrups in the pop machine were empty. Completely horrible, would not recommend. Let’s hope I don’t get sick after eating this.

Definitely not a good experience. Usually stuff is amazing but today as my boyfriend and I ordered, the store was out of turkey and ham, we tried being understanding but asked to please cancel our order as that is not what we wanted and was told they didn’t know how to cancel orders and had said the manager would be out for a few hours and had told us they had already made one of the sandwiches when we had two and couldn’t do anything until the manager arrived. Very disappointed.

I haven’t eaten at a subway in years because it went down hill quality wise. Vinton nailed it, so good, absolutely amazing. Will definitely order from this location again. Plus they was busy and was rockin it.
