Came in today with my boyfriend, we ordered a fl all american and a fl spicy italian. They were delicious!! A really sweet employee named Mina helped us out and really made our experience. She was so positive, and you could tell she really loves her job, we love subway!

My sandwich was beyond soaked. They had water in the chicken that they added to the sandwich looks like their thermometer ain’t right cause all the ice on the sides were melted. It was so soggy that the employee looked me dead in the eye and ripped the sandwich in half. And while it was falling apart he still wrapped it. I was to scared to say anything as I was alone and just one person because the two men that were there were very upset with me even though I had just walked in through the door. I get having a bad day but I felt so uncomfortable, I normally get more veggies but the guy kept going “is that all” after putting lettuce then is that all after putting tomatoes, and kept getting more aggressive in his tone. First time experience and last time ever coming here. I’ve worked for subway and someone is doing bread wrong. I promise I didn’t get Italian. I got Italian herbs and cheese. Toasted. I’m sure you can’t even tell though.

Workers and management have an attitude, I called and was hung up on multiple times when I went up there to see why, I was faced with snide words and an attitude, and don’t you dare ask for a job cause the manager will make it very clear how unwanted you are and speak to you like a toddler

There’s literally no one attending the store for atleast 20 minutes this is completely unacceptable for any store period and can be very dangerous, employee Ben was supposed to be in here according to employee that came in on his day off, props to this guy.

The subway is probably the best looking Subway that I’ve ever been in my entire life. It was exceptionally clean and well-lit and in really good shape. The best part about the entire visit was that even though it was only one person working there at the time because of some behind scenes staffing issues, he had an amazing attitude and didn’t show any signs of taking out his frustrations on the customers.

Well, I come in and this lady is appearing to train this young man in the back room, but I can see them right past the door. Then he happens to see me and the lady comes out and grab some gloves and says what can I get you I said are you gonna wash your hands and she said I washed them back there so if I didn’t see him, you didn’t wash them And I said there’s a sink back there and she said yeah they’re there in the dishwasher and so I can see you right there at the corner of the door you didn’t wash your hands. She washed her hands and she said what can I get you? I said Subway used to be so big on washing their hands and now they’ve let their standard slack off and she’s rude and says what can I get you and I gave her my sandwich order and she wouldn’t very kind after that. And then had the audacity to ask for a tip You don’t get paid for doing your job and I had to tell you to do your job Wash your hands. Before you touch the gloves, cause your hands are dirty then you touch the gloves and you’re supposed to wash your hands or the customer could see it not in the back room, but you didn’t do because I could see you. And this happened like 10 minutes ago, maybe 15
