Walked in order 2 bacon egg and cheese nothing else. The girl charged me for 2 bacon egg and cheese and 2 hash browns which I didn’t order hash browns. I asked her why she charged me for something I didn’t order. She tells me it’s just a dollar extra. Ok it’s just a dollar but she shouldn’t be charging people extra for something they are not ordering. She also charged a guy in front of us extra and when the guy complained she just told him “it’s just a few cents more.” That’s not right!

They were the best location around for a little while but suddenly they’re throwing my items in the bag carelessly and now I’ve found a hair in my sausage egg and cheese bagel that got wrapped around my tongue ring. DISGUSTING. Hire better people or shut down.

I went in for a coffee, keep in mind shaked n stirred it n tried it and it was just sugary and syrupy and I politely asked the lady if she can remake it for me because it never taste like that when I order it in any other location. The cashier catches an attitude with me and doesn’t even hear me out, doesn’t even apologize so at this point I’m getting irritated because the whole point of customer service is attending to the customers needs! So I just tell her to give me a refund on my card and then she’s like no, instead she takes the money out her tip jar and gives me what she thinks was the price for the coffee. At this point I’m like whatever, I felt bad because why would you take it upon urself to take it out your tips when you can simply just refund it back to my card. This location is straight up wack and messy! I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here instead go to the location on broadway they are wayyy nicer and friendlier!!

Went in there for a mobile order and they got my order wrong so I went back to get it fixed they started to give me attitude and went and fixed my order but the lady that fixed was grunting and tossed my food to the counter without any car in the world. And I also believe she was racist with the way she looked at me with a disgust on her face.

I really wish I could give ZERO stars. The lady at the register was SO RUDE. I’ve never experienced such rudeness in my life and then she blamed it on me. So, yes I indeed did NOT buy anything and I cursed her out. She was so rude it made my blood boil. She had the audacity to say to me “when you work in customer service you’ll understand, it’s too early you don’t have to speak to me like that.” FIRST OF ALL, she was the one being RUDE and I pointed that fact out. She told us to get in line BUT WE WERE ALREADY IN LINE. I happened to work in customer service and have been for the past 7 years … I’m the ASSISTANT MANAGER for a spa and customer service is what our values are about. If you work in customer service should you provide GOOD service with a smile. Maybe I’ve just been doing customer service all wrong then. I’ve never gotten so out of character before and even apologized to the other people who were in the store. If you’re looking to start your day off with a nice cup of coffee, a smile and if you want a good start, I would NOT start here.

I got my coffee right away . Lady who makes sandwiches toasted my bagel and keep it in the bag . I asked her excuse me, can you spread cream cheese on it . She looked at me mad and what ?? I repeated her . She is like did you say please. I been buying coffee for 20 years, how cud I missed the word please.
I didn’t like the attitude of lady who wears glasses. This is not how you treat the customer. Never going again .

The guy the works there on Saturdays. He is rude, does not get the orders right. When tell him he gets orders wrong he said you didn’t ask for this and he over charge me for 5 cheese cream because he didn’t put on the bagles or toast them. I feel he is racist to hispanic people. You should not have this kind of people works at dunkins. And he does this to everyone not just me. And yes i will be filling a complaint with Dunkins. This should be happening.
