Ive ordered sandwiches from here a ton, theres been a couple issues but none that were crazy terrible. I ordered delivery from this location a week or 2 ago, and presumably just received the wrong sub as it was completely not what I ordered. I just reordered and then went and picked it up from a different location, but I’ve placed MULTIPLE complaints about wanting a refund (since I didn’t get the correct sub and I paid for delivery/a new sub and had to go pick it up), and have not received a refund or even a response.. its been almost 2 weeks..

The staff here was very friendly. They made sure to notify me that by using my $4 rewards on my $3.50 purchases I would me missing out on 50 cents of rewards. I was very thankful for that information and that she took the time to notify me. She also asked if I wanted a water cup after declining a soda.
We ate in and there was a steady stream of customers and they were very attractive to each one. The place as a whole was very clean and cozy.

This place needs to be shut down. We were there the other day….we don’t live here and wow. Not only did we have to tell the worker 4-5 times what my husbands order was but he gave him a footlong instead of a 6 inch. My husband gave up asking after the 3rd time. They only had wheat bread. The worker took all four of our subs and was smushing them down like playdough…not sure why. Worker seemed confused or maybe on something. They were out of lids for our pops. To top it off the worker handed me the knife to cut my sandwich and I said no you do it. I mean who tries to give a customer a sharp knife. Honestly someone should shut this place down.

I have come here repeatedly over the 3 years I’ve lived here because it’s like 3 minutes from my house. I don’t know why I’ve kept coming though, because it has most often been a poor experience. The last 2 times I went, they had only wheat bread. I like wheat bread a lot—but not for the spicy Italian, which is usually my sandwich of choice. Also, they didn’t have a ton of options of things to put on. Yesterday they had spinach, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and green pepper. No other veggies. The cheese was also a yucky mess yesterday. Sometimes they forget to offer toasting too, which def takes the sandwich down a notch, if you ask me. I know I can ask, but when there is commotion going on, you forget things like that.
The workers are almost always quite unprofessional. We pulled up once and saw a worker outside pick his nose (pants also hanging below the underwear line), and then he went in and made our sandwich without washing hands. He wore gloves, but yuck!
So yeah. Not sure why I keep expecting a normal subway experience. I just need to stop coming here.

My sandwich was drenched in oil. They did not put any cheese or the extra protein I paid for. The only vegetables I they put on my sandwich were bell peppers and red onions. I ordered using the app. I figure they could not mess it up since the directions were written out.

Hours say closes at 9, got there at 8:30 and Open sign was off, but lights on inside and employee there. Unfortunately they had no toppings other than some rancid looking lettuce. Decided to leave instead of wasting money.

The service was fine, and it’s a Subway. It is what it is.
They were just out of a lot of stuff. Pickles, bread (besides white and wheat) and most fountain drinks. I mean, you’re a sandwich shop and you’re out of condiments and bread?? How does this happen? Seriously.

Even though they were without computerized registers [in process of installing a new system], the counter person was extremely helpful and accurate with my sandwich purchase. They’ll be quicker and better once all is back to proper level of tech.

I live nearby so I frequent this subway often (less as of late). They are consistently out of tomato’s, ranch, cookies, bottled drinks, napkins, etc. I’ve gone to the subway in North Liberty and I’ve never had issues so I assume it’s just poor management. There’s also a larger kid that wears his mask above his jawline who is rude every time I go in.
