I had to come on here and leave a review because this place truly deserves it. I’ve tried pho at many different spots, and Road 68 Pho is by far the best I’ve ever had. The flavor is incredible—so rich, authentic, and comforting. You can really taste the care and originality in the broth. Every bite was absolutely delicious.
What made the experience even better was the customer service. The young man who helped us (I didn’t catch his name) was so kind and attentive. After we left, my son realized he had forgotten his Nintendo, and this young man actually ran outside to catch up with us and return it. That level of honesty and care really meant a lot.
Great food and amazing service like that are rare to find together. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for truly flavorful, authentic pho and a welcoming environment.

We got the beef pho and a bahn mi! And wow! It was absolutely delicious! Service was awesome! The yiung lady and the older gentleman working were very attentive. We will absolutely be back. My only complaints is i wish the pho portion was slightly bigger. It was a fair size, but for $20 I wish there was just a little bit more. And you get charged $0.99 for taking something off of the sandwich. Other than that, it was amazing! And we will absolutely be coming back!

The food and drinks I have had here have been good, the service on the other hand tends to vary and can be slow and inattentive. The restaurant is cute and has been clean the times I’ve eaten in. I really enjoy their bahn mi, and I like the vermicelli noodles they put on it, I haven’t had it that way before. The fillings are fresh and the bread is perfect. The milk teas and boba teas have also been consistently good, but occasionally a bit too sweet for me. The friend I was with did not enjoy their Pho, especially at the price point it is. Said it wasn’t as flavorful as they expected. This place tends to be a bit expensive for what it offers- especially compared to other Vietnamese restaurants I’ve been to that are better tasting.

Ding Tea has truly gone down hill. What started out as good portions and taste has dwindled to subpar. What a shame! $23.00 for the rib and beef pho. They used to give you a dinasour rib where it hangs outside of the bowl but now, it’s nowhere near the same amount of meat. The service was fine. For the amount of money, I think I’m finally done with them.

Manager Tony would not take off a drink (passion fruit tea) I ordered that tasted weird. I only had a sip and my daughter did too to see if it did taste weird and she thought the same. Brought it to our waiter’s attention who asked his manager. He said no refund or it being taken off order-being I had sipped it already. WOW! (Waiter/waitress help we’re kind). Manager, not so kind. Overall food was so-so, and very pricey! It was empty too when we arrived for lunch. Will not be returning

Bad business ethics here. The waiter an olderan doesn’t know how to take orders. I said no onion I get my bowl of pho which was 23.00 WITH onion. Anyway it’s fine I just fished them out. I get my bill and they charged me .99 for customizing my soup to take out the onion they put in! I didn’t finish my soup cause it tasted like onion. There was more onion than noodles! This place must be struggling or something. Will not be coming back.

Was feeling under the weather and also had a craving for shrimp. Got the veggie soup, the coconut shrimp, and a mango tea to-go. Everything was absolutely delicious and sat well with my stomach. The soup was hot and spicy so I felt my sinuses clear up.

My daughter and I love the pho and Banh mi here. The only downfall is when the owners aren’t around, the service seems to be a little too relaxed. Other than that, food is always great, never had any complaints.

When they first opened it was great and it was mostly consistent in the food, with great service. Once a week we would take our family. The inconsistency in the food went up as well as the prices. We still tried to come and as it continued to not meet expectations it’s like little disappoint after another with out redemption anywhere..they had it in the beginning we stopped going. vermicelli bowls always had different ingredients lacking vegetable or two, along with fresh rolls changed items…Last time we were in we ordered steak bahn-mis, they came out soggy on the bottom soaked in sauce. We took a big break tried again a today, pho came out not hot noodles not fully cooked not hot enough to cook the noodles more. Bahnmi had tomatoes and never did the 12 times prior, with out marinated beef, bahnmi mu buns that use to be so soft with a light crunch outside was hard and crunching crumbs everywhere…the beef taste different in the pho than usual and overall this place has sadly went down hill. It was great when they started the consistently in food and cuts of food, is truly lost, we continued to try. We did take out a few times came home with no noodles for pho, then came home with no fish sauce another time… only to come back to get it with no apology. We are now done coming here
