I wish I could remember this kids name from last night but got to subway last night with a line to the door and this kid had a smile on his face by himself worked as fast as he could helping everyone was in around 5 didn’t get out until about 5:35. Someone finally came in to help him around 5:30 when I was talking with him he said he had a line to the door for the last 45 minutes.

Flies are touching the meat and the service from the two women that worked on 07/16/2025 at 1pm was terrible. I decided to take my money elsewhere. I drive semi trucks all over the country. I expect better treatment and service and a cleaner Atmosphere not my food being expose to bugs/flies. I seen kids working at subway do better.

I placed an online order.
I arrived and there were no employees to be seen, so I proceeded to the online order pick up area.
There was a bag with my name on it with two subs as I ordered.
When I got home and open the packages I realized neither subs were what I had ordered.
My name and sub order were on the ticket stapled to the bag but the subs didn’t even come close to matching the order.

The kids are nice but we were in there two days in a row and the sandwich glass had all the same finger and hand smudges…there were a lot. All of the tables and chairs were dirty and the doors were covered in dirty prints as well. At the end when no one was in there but myself and my son, none of the kids were out cleaning. They were in the back. I never leave reviews but if this were my franchise I’d be very upset the workers weren’t doing their jobs.

I had ordered online through the app. I tried to call the restaurant over 5 times. Everytime either got sent to a voicemail hung up on or not answered at all. I am very disappointed. When I walked in to ask a question since they didn’t answer the phone. They were both standing on their phones texting away. The younger gal finally stepped up to help another customer. I am extremely disappointed!

Stopped on way home from airport at 9:45 pm on Monday 3/10 , the sign was on and door said closed at 10 pm. Had not eaten much all day , door was locked and employee was sweeping the floor. Very disappointed. I work in customer service and if you close at a certain time , you close at that time. If you close early at least turn off your sign.

Any one person can watch both of these young ladies working here today and tell the difference between them. I was so impressed with the first person that greeted me. She was so happy and energetic full of life. She made it to the oven and then her job was to the group of boys that came in. They were playing probably baseball today I guess.
I then ended up with someone with a totally different attitude. She did not have a smile or anything on her face didn’t even act like she wanted to be there. I wish I would’ve looked at her name tag. Regardless, I wasn’t really picky on my ingredients watch to make my sandwich each time leaving ingredients off the ends, including the vinegar and oil, salt and pepper. I watered , yes probably a quarter of each end was missing ingredients or do you know what I mean? I didn’t say anything I’m just observing nowadays, but this is my voice.
Young lady, I would suggest to you think outside the box and look at what’s really going on in your country. If you choose to act like this and perform your job, you’re going to be part of the problem in our country at least one of them. I don’t want this to sound too extreme . You better learn how to get along with your coworkers. Also, I’ve seen this before, and Mrs. P tells me that women are catty. Please don’t be one of these women.
Young lady if you ever knew who Paul Harvey was, he would say good day luckily, hopefully you take what I just said and learn from it. Good luck again it’s easy to tell the differences and who these two young ladies are. Hopefully this helps you good luck.
The five stars is for the lady that greeted me. Bottle that energy up because obviously the other one probably sucks it out of her. See you guys or girls no pun intended. I guess I should’ve said see your folks.

Customer service was poor. There was no energy in the place. I had to make conversation with the girls behind the counter to get her to look up at me. The counter in front of her head food from previous order. She was picking the food from between the containers and throwing it back into the fresh containers. It’s just a turn off and kind of gross to me. I tried a caliturkey and it’s nothing to write about. And the price is ridiculous. But I see it’s basically the price of one hour a work so as long as they sell one an hour their in business so I guess who cares about quality and customer service. That’s over-rated. Huh. One of the worst meatball subs I’ve had as the meatballs were sitting in the warmer al day and not fresh, old overcooked. Most of the topping looked cross-contaminated with other ingredients. The bread was fresh. Customer service was poor when questioning freshness. Couldn’t even be bothered to put the sub in a bag.
