I placed an online order to be ready at 12:00 PM and showed up at 12:05. When I arrived, they told me they hadn’t even started it because they “had a rush.” It was clear that online orders weren’t treated as a priority at all.
I waited until 12:10, watching the employee who said he was going to make my food wipe his face with a napkin and then rub his hands with it. After that, I no longer felt comfortable eating there and asked them to cancel the order.
Terrible service, no respect for time commitments, and questionable hygiene. I won’t be returning to this location.

Not gonna hate on this place ive loved it all my life ( how ever long it’s been there. But…The first gal made my sandwich, all good she did a good job. The second gal. After the person in front of me payed and my sandwich was ready to be finished. She grabs a cookie and splits it in half. With her gloves on. She than takes her time eating said cookie. Then proceeded to touch my sandwich without changing her gloves. Like bro come on…

Went in today, started getting helped, then employee left counter took a phone call, we waited about 10 minutes for her to get off phone, none of the other 3 people would help finish our order, so we said screw this & left. Even asked if we can get some help & got ignored. Would not recommend this location.

Waited over 35 minutes for my order to be done, which was only 2 subs, for a place that is supposed to be somewhat fast it is absolutely ridiculous, it should not matter how busy you are, that’s unacceptable, thanks to having to wait so long I didn’t have time to eat my lunch on my 1 hr allowed lunch break, mind you I put my order in before I went on my break. Do better Subway

Workers are unsanitary. Pick their nose and pull up their pants with gloves on and then touch food with it. Also complain that they have to make sandwiches (ordered 4 for lunch for company). Worst experience at Subway

I have given this store many chances to prove worthy of more than one star. Due to the fact that it’s located in a fairly small town and option for any decent food that’s as good or better than what I can make at home, the options are slim. With Subway being a franchise, my hopes were high in it being consistent, clean, and edible. That is not what you will get at this location. In the many times I have been there, or ordered online, it’s been a disappointment. The only time I placed an online order, it was messed up. My husband’s vegetables were put on my sandwich and vice versa. Fortunately, he didn’t order it with a ton of jalapeños so I could actually just eat it instead of swapping or having to go back to the restaurant to get it fixed. The times I have been in the restaurant, I noticed Flys, yes bugs, flying around in the bread warmer holding all the cooked bread ready to serve to customers and watched the employees serving it up loaf after loaf. Both myself and my husband have gotten food poisoning from there. Yet I continued to give them more chances. I once had a trainee discussing their personal life with me while making my sandwich, all about their divorce and information that shouldn’t be shared with a stranger, let alone a customer. My husband was questioned by one employee after he asked for fresh lettuce because the lettuce that was at the counter was wilted and slimy. One employee did change it without hesitation, but having an employee there who couldn’t recognize that it was not edible is scary. The last straw that earned this establishment is a single star, and this review is the most recent disappointment. We decided to give them another shot and grab some subs on our way home. It was an hour after they were supposed to be open. The parking lot had cars in it, tried to open the door. Locked. I looked at the hours, checked the time, and a child came to the door from the inside, then heard a voice yell from the inside, “we’re not open.” This isn’t the first time they’ve been closed when they’re supposed to be open. I have even considered putting in an application to help this place, but when an adult can’t get off their rear to address a customer and explain that they are not open is sickening and I wouldn’t work for someone like that.

KALLIE IS ALWAYS HAPPY AND SO PERSONABLE – NO MATTER HOW PICKY AND DIFFICULT I CAN BE ORDERING!!! The other employee was also a rockstar. Subs are always awesome and perfectly prepared. MY FAVORITE SUBWAY FOR SURE Keep up the good work.

Oct. 8, 2023. I placed online order. When I got there, I was told order was made wrong, they would have to re-do it. I was to come back in 25 min. I got back there and it STILL wasn’t ready. I waited another 10 minutes for my order. After I got it and left, I drove about halfway home before I looked in the bag. No soda or chips. I call and was told I should’ve gotten those myself. Excuse me, no one said, hey grab your chips and pop before you leave! I go back again, grab my stuff and finally, after over an HOUR AND A HALF from the time I ordered, I get home. As I unload my bag, I open the cookie box (I ordered 12 of one, 6 of another) only to discover there are 16 cookies. They were also all mushed together as they were not cooled before packing them. I understand things can go wrong, people make mistakes, but this was ridiculously bad all around. And I spent close to $50 there!
On a positive note: Our order (salad and a footlong, with extras added) were INCREDIBLE. The woman who made them must’ve felt bad for the initial mess-up and she out-did herself; both were made with generous amounts of all our toppings. So, kudos to her for that.
All in all, my advice is DON’T order online from here, they apparently don’t read what you request for toppings, etc. Better to show up and order at the store.
