I ordered a footlong tuna and as the girl was spreading it out they realized they didn’t have enough tuna to spread it out through the whole sandwich so she asked what other meat i would like and so she put chicken. Later then charges me for 2 six inches rather than the footlong. Since I ordered tuna and there was tuna in more than half sandwich i believe it should’ve been charged as a footlong tuna rather than just 2 six inches. It’s not my fault they don’t have the meats. ♂️

It’s a sandwich shop and they ran out of Bread. Seemed like staff wanted to go home early. Asked for ranch they gave me mayo. At least the atmosphere was semi-decent. Wish I could say service was good, but they just didn’t seem to enjoy their job. Not a good experience, JJ on top in Sioux center that’s for sure! My friend also ordered online and they declined his order and he never received refund.

Gas station hooked to this Subway. Clean store. Plenty of seating at this location. Restroom is in the gas station area.

I’ve ordered from here before and usually haven’t had a problem except the last 2 times . I ordered an Italian bmt with bread toasted (through the app) need less to say bread was not toasted last time it had onions when I put none.

The last few times we have been in, the service is not great. Today we had a young man that had no personality, the girl working was fine. We stood there for quite a while and no one came to help us. Finally we opened and closed the door several times to make the bell ring so someone would come. The girl was in the restroom and the young man came from the back. She made our sandwiches, but he was slow putting toppings on and taking our money and again, not a smile or anything. Better change this soon or we won’t be coming back..

I am changing my previously 5 star review…have had several instances of less than great service here and last night took the cake. First I tried going through the drive through, at 6:30pm, and it wasn’t working. So I parked and walked inside. The tables had trash all over them, there wasnt an employee in sight, and the food making line had junk all over it and looked awful. I could hear employees socializing in the back, as I stood there for a couple minutes. As I was in a bit of a hurry I gave up waiting and walked over to the Godfathers and picked up a personal pizza instead. We’ve had other experiences of careless mistakes in not only the sandwich making, but also getting TRIPLE charged for things…I wish I had better reviews but it has seemed to go downhill quite a bit recently.
