if you order ahead to “save some time” jokes on you, you’re not saving any. ordered online at 11:30, came at 11:50 when it said it would be done, didn’t get out of there until 12:10. the girl working asked if i had an online order, i said yes. she then proceeded to help the guy infront of me. turns out she hadn’t even started mine yet. i understand the struggle of working in the service industry, but there wasn’t a single apology or attempt to clarify why she hadn’t started. another worker then came in to work. she handed off my order to her right away. the store was also disgusting. you can see dark fingerprints on the chairs and the floor is gross. thought the new owner was supposed to improve the store?

We ordered 7 sandwiches to go. They were not ready when they said they would be, all Sandwiches the bread was so HARD WE picked the meat off and ate without bread, lettuce what lettuce had to look real hard to find the lettuce. Wouldn’t be going back .

This is the sandwich I recieved in my pick up order after a 15% tip. Why bother putting any lettuce on it at all? Sandwich was mostly bread, some meat and cheese with not much else.

Clean the damn place! Floor was disgusting with food and pop slopped all over it everywhere! Workers didnt care about making anything and were lazy and would just go outside….and when the veggies would run out, instead of getting more they just said “oh its out” and that was it. Place has really gone downhill bad.

Grandma and I stopped for a quick bite on our way to South Dakota. While eating I looked at my Grandma and said this is the worst Subway sandwich I’ve ever had. She looked at me and agreed. They only had two types of bread. Poor customer service that seemed to push you through as quickly as possible.

First ordered online had to pick up and then reminded them to add the cookies I already paid for. One girl response was oh I forgot. Then got home for a family dinner to find out both sandwiches made wrong. Was told to come back now but we live out of town. They couldn’t do anything else for me.
