I ordered a pizza with extra cheese, when I got it home it was already cold and very greasy, barely had sauce like literally barely and the extra cheese I had ordered was literally non existent on the pizza, never again I paid 24$ for pure disgust, my kids did not even eat it, I was so disgusted I just threw it away, never ever again I would rather eat at pizza hut!!!!

This place is a train wreck!
The girls are rude, our orders are always under cooked ….. and when called and confronted on it …. They want to give you 15% off for the next order of the same thing that they messed up!
AVOID at all costs! Zero stars if I could give that!

First time, ordered stuffed pizza, thin crust pizza and beef sandwich to try. Beef was delicious, I asked for mozzarella cheese, so it was toasted bread, melted cheese, really tasty! Then the stuffed pizza was not beautiful looking, it was shifted in the box, but tasted really good as well. Great flavor, enough sauce, needed a little more cheese, but I’m very happy overall. The thin crust was amazing!! 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ hopefully this continues!!!

Re-editing the review 1/2/23: At this point we are done with this place. Last time we ordered, we ordered a double dough pizza, and it was not double dough. I’m not sure what they did, but it was way thinner than normal. Then today, the girl (I believe her name was Emily) who answered the phone was not pleasant to speak with. She seemed ok at first, but when I asked how long for delivery to my home, I could hear the attitude change in her voice and she just seemed annoyed. I tried to redeem the deal of the 10 pizza tabs, and was rudely told that they don’t honor that anymore as of 1/1/23. To be honest I don’t believe her, because it felt like she just didn’t want to deal with it. It is unfortunate, because we liked their pizza and that deal kept us coming back.
Edit: I do appreciate the owner taking time to address the issue and resolve it. Thank you for relaying this information, and for your quick response. It really does make a difference!
Very disappointed in this place. We had become very loyal customers to Pizza For U, ordered from here quite often.
So they have this deal where if you save the pizza tabs, you can exchange 10 of them for a free 12 inch cheese pizza. They’ve said that it is only for the pan or thin crust, but we prefer the double dough. In the past, we have asked if we could get the double dough with this deal, and just pay the difference, which we had no problem doing. When we had first asked about this, the employee I spoke with wasn’t sure if they could, he checked with the manager, and the manager approved it, said yeah that it was fine. We gave them enough business that we were able to use that deal a few times.
Now, all of the sudden, they refuse to honor that. The manager insists that is not something they do, and says that is something they never should have done. It is only a few dollars difference, so if they are willing to lose good customers over a few dollars, then that’s on them. It is just a shame that they seem to not value customer service anymore. Needless to say we will not be giving them anymore business.

Best pizza in town. However, every time we order from there, they r out of something. Tonight, it was salad. Last 3 or 4 times, we tried to order taco pizza they were out of stuff to make it. Berkots is 3 minutes away.

I have been a loyal customer for years but not anymore. They clearly don’t value customers or loyalty. There’s plenty of other pizza places in Wilmington. I highly recommend giving others your business instead.
