they never get my order right when i order online i order with more mayo and when i get my sub there is more mayo on the paper they wrap it in then there is on the sub and every time i get it toasted it arrives with the cheese not even melted

The girl who greeted us was rude and had no patience. And messed up our food. When I asked for extra sauce because she put NON almost on my meatball sub, she rolled her eyes. Then, she asked me what kind of cheese. I said, provolone. She asked again and then never put it on. Then the person with me ordered a footlong sub, and that was all messed up. And she wasn’t willing to fix it. She doesn’t like her job, apparently. Maybe she should get a different one. Or some training on customer service.

Would give the regular staff 5 stars, as they were helpful and nice. However the young brunette “boss” got super triggered by my order. Got the chicken dipper for my 9 yr old daughter, and she argued about withholding the cheese. Could tell she was visibly frustrated, almost pissed off. Their employees recommended me getting this previously, and never had a problem ordering since. She clearly lacked customer service skills. She wanted to argue that they don’t allow customizations, when it would have saved them money lol. I didn’t ask for a discount due to no cheese. She needs to take a chill pil! I’ll still go back because my kids like it, but she wasn’t impressive.

1st time visiting this location on 5/18/23 between 6:55pm-7:10pm. Only had to wait 1 minute in line and was through within a few minutes. Had asked for a footlong meatball that’s listed on the menu with the exception of not being toasted. The blonde boy that’s at the start of the ordering process with the bread, meats & cheeses ended up putting my sub in the toaster for 20 seconds not even a minute after being asked not too. 1 black haired girl doing the veggies & sauces + cashiering. 1 black haired boy that was a floater between the front & backroom; Caught a glimpse of him smirking when heading out. Not only have a been to a few dozen various locations across the Country but also worked at one for 10 months almost a decade ago. This location is average in terms of cleanliness. Sadly prices at all stores are at least 25% higher from when I was working at a Subway… miss the days of $5 footlongs across the board… and 6″ were less than $3… I remember 20 years ago when the company had $2 6″ Tuesdays on meatballs & ham & cheeses.

I arrived at noon on Tuesday needing enough food to feed 8 to 10 people in a hurry. I was fortunate to arrive during a lull, and the very competent and friendly staff built 5 12 inch subs to my order in roughly 5 minutes and had me out the door in no time. Visited on a Tuesday night and had a horrible experience. The “Cold Cut Combo” I ordered was just a bologna sandwich. The bread tasted almost stale, the vegetables were gross, and the iced tea soda fountain only had syrup (not mixed) and when I told the employee I was told that there *had* been an out of order sign on it and that it *should* still be there even thought it wasn’t. And speaking of the employees, they were apathetic, showed zero motivation or interest and showed no customer service. Overall I would NOT recommend to anyone. I almost puked after 3 bites of a foot long sub. It was disgusting.
