Usually never have a bad experience at Subway, but this time they put way too much sauce on my sandwich. By the time I got home everything was drenched in the sauce and the bread was completely soggy. The outside of the building isn’t too appealing, but that may be out of their control as it would seem they possibly lease their space. If I have a better experience the next time I visit, I will update my review.

I walked in for lunch and the gal making the sandwiches skipped over me in line so I asked for 3 cookies. They charged me 4.28 for 3 cookies. I told them that they were not that much and she told me that they were 1.09 a cookie. When I looked it up it was .59 a cookie. This place is a mess and staff is not trained well. My family and I will not be going back. I also was not offered by any of the staff to have a sandwich made after they skipped me in line, and yes I told them that they skipped me but I guess they wanted me to go to the back of the line.

Stopped at Subway in Storm Lake to get a sandwich to take for my lunch at work. It was a little after 9 am and the hours posted on their door said open at 7 am. Door was locked and girl inside said they were closed

When I first walked in, the non-verbal greeting was anything but welcoming, only because I truly believe that the the gentleman in front of the line truly made these poor young men and women lives at the moment suck! Our service was great

Very Disappointed in my sandwich, I ordered online and ask for cheese didn’t even put cheese in it. My bread was toasted yet very cold. When I went there to pick it up the girl with the split hair dye was very nice to me and made me feel welcomed. Sandwich was also extremely messy and wasn’t fully cut. Would not recommend coming here.

I like Subway a lot. The menu has so many choices. The establishment is clean and inviting. I was happy with my experience there today except that the workers could be a bit more professional. A new employee who was being trained to make the sandwiches said a cuss word as she made my sandwich. That was the only objection I had about my visit today.

Out of the last 4x we have placed an order online it has been correct 1x. Tonight there was only one person working and she was swamped between the online orders and in-person customers. Plus, they seem to run out of the more specialty breads early and are only left with wheat. I understand that there is no way to know how much to make of each kind. I realize that with Covid things have slowed down a bit for restaurants, but come on Subway you can do better.
