So apparently filling the bottom just the bottom of the bowl of a protein bowl with meat constitutes as a double and the customer service was trash with really bad attitudes because there’s customers I was in there on December 31st of 20 25 at 2:00pm in the afternoon I got my protein bowl and three cookies and it cost me almost 20 bucks and I was charged double meat when that’s not even a double meat.

The store is absolutely filthy. No bread available besides flatbread. I guess it’s the manager, Duncan, was baking bread in the oven and pulled it before it was even done. It was still pale white in color so all of those loaves went to waste. Last time we ordered online we didn’t even get what we ordered. Didn’t even bother calling to inform us that they were out of that product which caused a huge issue as we were ordering for our lunch break. Will not be back to this location.

It was very awkward trying to order sandwiches & the 1st person behind the counter was silent. She didn’t greet us or give us options for what we could get on our sandwiches. She just stared at us waiting for us to tell her what we wanted. We also couldn’t see the meat being put on our sandwiches as the window was blocked by large lid. Definitely in need of some training.

This location seriously needs to get it together. Our last 2 online orders have been messed up. And our in-store order I had my kids pick up today was charged out so wrong it’s not even funny. The sandwiches on our receipt are $4 more than the actual sandwiches ordered, not sure what they were even charging out. Everyone acts so annoyed they have to make a sandwich for you.

Waited 50 minutes in line before finally just leaving. Online orders trumped the lineup of people waiting to order. When we asked the lady working she snapped back at us very rudely that she didn’t care we had been there for almost an hour standing online comes first. Will never be back!
