Incredibly disappointed with the staff, kylee- she was incredibly rude. I’ve never even stepped foot in a subway, so I didn’t now the protocol. She spoke down to me like I was the dirt between her toes.o tried to explain my situation but she wasn’t having it. She made me feel so uncomfortable I had a small anxiety attack in the car and will have to travel to a different location if I want to figure out what subway tastes like. It was humiliating. Kylee B was all I could figure out- dark long brown hair. Can’t remember if I was single belmond or Garner, was a super busy traveling day- I was just heading through going north to family up in Rochester.

Stopped here 20 minutes before closing time and both doors were locked. Someone was inside cuz I could see them. I knocked on the door and they shut the lights off.
