I was giving this location another shot after almost a year. (See previous review) SO, long story short, nothing has improved. My coworker ordered on the app (2 steak and cheese footlongs) When we got them, they felt light, so I opened my sandwich to find that the amount of steak used was about half as much as normal. I took my sandwich back and asked how much meat was put on it. The young lady inside said “this is what you always do” I told her I haven’t been to this location in a year… They told me that they used two scoops of steak to make my sandwich, and I asked where the stake was because it wasn’t on the bread. I then asked them to remake my sandwich in front of me. She declined and said she could warm up a half scoop and add it. I said no, that’s okay.You can just give me my money back. She said “money back for what?” I said for my sandwich. She then contacted the owner who advised that she should remake the sandwich or I could bring back the other sandwich and they would give me my money back. I opted for her to remake the sandwich and when she did, I could see that there was a lot more meat. See pics below. Also, just avoid this place. Especially if you use the app or coupons.

A 24 HR SUBWAY LIIIIKKKKEEEE WHHAAAAATTT? I thought for sure we’d be driving there for nothing as it was new years 3am. So imagine my surprise when not only was it open but they have a drive thru???? Why have I never EVER seen a subway open after like 8pm till now n I’m 43 years old!

I have eaten at this subway every day for the last 6 months.( I work really close.) A few weeks ago, a new guy started. He never makes our sandwiches the way we order them, and yesterday when I took my sandwich back, he put about a cup of jalapeños on it (because I had asked for a few more) and when I asked for one line more of mayo, he squirted half the bottle on each side (malicious compliance) as he is smiling and apologizing for the inconvenience. Also, when you use coupons on their app, they will ban your account (at least thats what happened to me) Plus they always give us the driest crustiest bread when we order on the app. I have included pics of my sandwich from yesterday for your disgust. Mind you the bread in the pic is NOT TOASTED. Just stale….

Placed online order, picked up on time which is nice but when we got home each of our sandwiches had the most minimal amount of cold cuts you could imagine. Order was placed well before close. I don’t know what kind of Pennie’s they are trying to pinch but sandwich was nothing close to what I ordered online my sub way club looked like a diet club.

Whoever the lady is that works there needs to be replaced. I had work at 8pm decided to stop at subway to get myself something to eat since it was close by my job. I went and ordered a ham sandwich on Italian bread. When I got to work and opened my sandwich I was soooooooo angry.!!!!there was NOOOO MEAT! What so ever on my sandwich NONE!! And it was made on the wrong bread it just looked so disgusting.!! I called the store and she answered and did not care at all.! “Ma’am there’s nothing I can do about it’ is what she told me. I had to leave work and drive back over there just for herself to make my sandwich on the wrong bread AGAIN! I said ITALIAN!! And she gaved me herbs and cheese both times.! This is my second time having a bad experience at this subway and with this lady.! I will definitely never be returning.

Mr. Kapoor, probably the owner, suggested a very nice veggie sandwich, and then went on to make it himself. The sandwich very tasty, and the price I thought was reasonable. The place was clean and with 5 staff members, including the owner, was ready for a war. Good place and I would certainly recommend and will return myself.

This subway has bad customer service, not to mention the fact I tried to tell him that coupons accept a regular roast beef. Instead of looking at the coupon where it stated all the sandwiches that are excluded which is the beast and the garlic they said they only had garlic roast beef? Isn’t the roast beef just on garlic bread? I don’t know but that whole entire team needs to be written up. I buy a regular roast beef sandwich all the time with the coupon. I also called another store to confirm what I said and they confirmed.
