Highly dissappointed in this place… came here with a group of friends on a Sunday at 2pm for drinks. When asking if we could sit outside, we were told the patio doesn’t open til 3pm. Odd, considering it was the weekend and 65 degrees outside, but okay. We sat inside, and about 10 minutes later we watched as a woman and little girl went and sat outside, where there is a sign that clearly states children under 15 are not allowed in that area. Then at about 2:30pm, we watched as more people went to sit outside. We asked again if we could sit outside and were told no. At this point all of us were all pretty disappointed in the situation so we ended up going to a different establishment with outdoor seating available.

Came down on a whim on a Saturday afternoon. Very nice view on the river. Was great sitting outside on the patio. Salsa and chips were good, better than most in the area. Arnold Palmers were good as well. Service was good, staff decently friendly.

Wife had a chimichanga and said it was okay. The chicken was definitely not grilled as the menu claimed. And the red sauce was meh. I had the pretzel crab cake burger. It was good but I did not get a very crab flavor, more flavor of pretzel and breading from the bun and cake than crab. The fries were good albeit a bit greasy. They are breaded, which I like but the wife doesn’t.

Overall it was okay. I can’t say we’ll be back though. Just not good enough for the price.

Food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the waffle sandwich from the breakfast menu. Greta portion sizes, enough to take home and enjoy later. I wish the second basket of chips didn’t cost an extra $1.50. The salsa was good though it tasted a bit like old water at first taste. Would definitely return, they have a great drink menu that I can’t wait to try.

We had a group of 12 people. They did an excellent job. The food was delicious. They got everything out to us quickly. The view from the restaurant was beautiful. The vibes were fun. I cant wait to go back when the weather warms up and we can sit outside on the patio.

We drove 1 1/2 hrs to eat here. The all day breakfast menu attracted us along with the fusion of both Mexican and American dishes. Took 5 min to get seated and 1 1/2 hrs from Start to finish. I was excited for the all day breakfast but we never got that menu only the Mexican Lunch Menu. Looking around the family room, there were no breakfast dishes on any table, so we assumed that there was a cut off time for that. It took about 40 min to get a Cheeseburger/Fries & a Burrito. The sauce/salsa for the chips was so thin, it wouldnt even stay on the chip. Very watery. Great location. In between the River and Train tracks. Very busy. Our waitress was scarce and offered no suggestions or answered any of our questions. Not alot on the menu as far as American and the Mexican dishes weren’t spicy either. Prices were average. We’ve had way better and we’ve had way worse. Our experience was not anything to write home about. Maybe it was an off day for our waitress. It happens.

We came here for my Dad’s birthday around 11:00. I got the Green Burrito, my Dad got the Chicken and Waffles, and my sister got cheesy fries. All of it was extremely good. Holy cow my Green Burrito was amazingly good. Next time though I could probably take the chicken off though. The waitress was extremely pretty and really nice

Wanna get spoiled on a Sunday, eat here. Our Hostess, Waitress ,Server and management was like eating at a 5 star restaurant with great food and service. It was packed and we still recieved steller service. The prices were the best in QC and the portions were awesome. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED YOU GO AND TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES AND SEE FOR YOURSELF.

This restaurant is small and unique. When it’s warm out, sitting by the lake would be such a fun experience. There are a few tables inside, both booths and tables.

We were greeted and seated immediately. Chips and salsa were brought to our table right away. A bottle to continuously fill our salsa was left at the table, which is great for salsa lovers.

We ordered Birria tacos, which are ordered by however many you’d like. We then each added rice and beans. The flavor was delicious, and everything was hot and fresh. The only critique was that the toppings were a little lopsided in a couple of tacos, but still tasty nonetheless.

Our night ended with sopapillas. They’re not a traditional fluffy and light sopapilla. They were a little more like a thick tortilla consistency, with caramel, a frosting type sauce, and powdered sugar. They were advertised on the menu to come with chocolate instead of caramel, so that was a little bit misleading, but very tasty anyway, so we just let it be. Next time, we would try the mini dessert chimis.

This place definitely has lots of potential. Being in the industry I don’t like to hate much but this place definitely needs a little assistance in the service department. Other than that food was absolutely amazing went for lunch. Got the birria tacos which are hard to find around here and they were amazing. Food kept this place alive for me. Will be back for brunch for another shot don’t let me down.

This is my go-to food joint in the quad cities. I’m always seated quickly regardless of how busy it is, and the food is consistently fantastic. I often order carry-out and the staff is always so pleasant to deal with. Nothing beats loading up with a Cabo burrito, a couple steak tacos, and margaritas in the ambience of an oil lamp right next to the river!
