Never buy subway from here. Couldn’t find 0 star so giving 1 star. I’m pure vegi and I ordered veggie patty. They didn’t have option for veggie patty in system so charged for grilled chicken and added more price. I was told that I will be charged $6.99 for each subway and at the end I was charged $28.44 for 2 veggie patty footlong.

Subway inside a Walmart so you get what you would expect. Stopped in for a quick lunch and got 4 slices of roast beef on a foot long sandwich. Can’t even tell there is meat. I’ll make better decisions in the future for my lunch choice.

so angry…person behind the counter there involved himself in my conversation about what we might order. told him i was going to do the 2 for $5.99 deal they had going….i didn’t read the sign closely so that’s on me but when he knew i wanted that deal it would have been nice for him to say hey that sandwich you just ordered isn’t included in the special… i ended up ordering a foot long for my granddaughter even though that was more than she needed or wanted so we could take advantage of that deal but since i ordered a wrong sandwich and he didn’t say anything i got surprised with a $28 bill when i checked out!!!! completely terrible customer service!!!!

This Subway charges no less than $2 more for a 6 inch sub compared to other Subways I’ve been to.. A roast beef was $9.99 and a chicken bacon ranch was $10.19 – and before tax!.. It was late, otherwise I would’ve hit up another Subway… Anyways, fricken ridiculous!…. SMH

Horrible. There is this new guy who started this month called money or mani. Gave very less and charged extra. Adding topping, he was saying it’s extra. Horrible service. Been a loyal customer for 5 years. Absolutely hate it now. Don’t waste money here.

this subway is the best in des moines, everytime i order on mobile app my sandwitch is picture perfect and fresh, i can tell they actually know how to make a sandwitch, solid amnt of meat at the bottom and carefully layered veggies on top, that simple and subway will be around forever . tip these guys !!!

BEWARE – do NOT come here if you want chicken salad. That is not what you get. They just slap a portion of grilled chicken on and squirt a bunch of mayo on top. The male that was working on 7/30/2024 @ 6pm at least offered to “make” chicken salad, but the female said no and this was how she was going to do it. Extremely unprofessional and rude. No effort whatsoever. Went to the Bridgewood location instead and they handled appropriately.

I just went in about 10 minutes ago and this really nice guy made my sandwich. He was the most pleasant worker and definitely deserves a raise! My order was perfect and he gave me the extra cheese that i asked for with no judgement, so thank you His name is James!!

Went in around 7:30pm on August 10 (yesterday) and had such a bad experience here that I’m still upset about it. I went in and was greeted by a lady with a really thick accent and I asked for a 12 inch Italian BMT on white Italian bread. She asked me to repeat it so I said the exact same thing again. Then she said she didn’t understand, so I said it a third time. So she finally pulls out the bread and very slowly cuts it and looks at me dead in the eyes and asks what kind of meat? Now I’m very agitated and raised my voice a little louder so she can hear me a fourth time and said she didn’t understand. There was a kid there as well and him and the lady I said my order to four times started to laugh after she asked me to repeat my order a fifth time. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me no. Really?
I walked out after that. Enough is enough. I been here many times and rarely ever had any issues, but this one time is more than enough to destroy the reputation of this store to me. I feel very disrespected as a customer. I ended up going to a different subway that was franchised by better people with a more respectful crew.

Terrible experience!! I was just there today, 12/28/22 at 6:10pm on top that I had to wait 10 minutes because they were stocking chips, the girl who made my sandwich did it wrong, so I asked her to do it again, then she got upset and refused to help me, so they had me wait another 5 minutes and both attendants were being terribly rude to me. First and last time I place foot at that subway. Also, I want to add that they were not wearing hairnets and the hair of one of them was nasty. Just save yourself a terrible experience
