These burgers really hit the spot! The Cajun fries were so good too. The regular size is HUGE! I also love that we can snack on peanuts while we wait for our made to order burgers. I also appreciated the unlimited add ons for burgers and shakes! Very customized order. The Staff were also so friendly and helpful! The store is very clean and well maintained. Ill definitely be back! (We went Saturday 9/8 around 7pm)

WOW! I was looking for a really good burger. You know the kind – when you bite into it and then Thank the the Almighty Universe that the beef was born – I found it at 5 Guys!!! Seriously – I wanted a BURGER that tasted like a Burger – not compacted meat pressed into a patty shape with veggies you either can’t find or they take over the burger. I get the Little Bacon Cheese Burger because it only has one patty and it is still a big burger and bacon because – well everything is better with bacon. Shoot – as I write this I am getting hungry – I’m going to go get a Burger at 5 Guys so I can add pictures and ahh Bonus I get a 5 Guys Burger!! Win for you, WIN for me. Not to bag on the competition – but why on Earth would you wait in a sometimes very long line at the drive through of the other fast food chains for an Ok burger when you could have perfection at 5 Guys. And at my local one the staff is always so helpful and friendly. Thank you much to the staff. Now stop reading this and go get yourself and those you want to feed a burger worth eating. I promise you’ll be glad you did. AND NO – I am not affiliated with 5 Guys. I unfortunately have to buy my own burgers just like you. Have a great day!
Ok I got my 5Guys fix at my local in Arroyo Grande. I spoke with the manager Joanne and she informed me that they offer fund raisers for nonprofits. I will be letting the nonprofit I work for know because it would be a wonderful partnership. Thank you Joanne for the information.

I had heard a lot about this place, and at first glance I wouldn’t be disappointed. The place is clean, modern, with a classic diner feel. The fries are great, the milkshakes are rich, but in the end the meat they use tastes…unflavored. The meat tastes like it has no spices in it. Unseasoned and bland meat is for survival, not recreational dining. I give it three stars because it’s still a good place to eat.

We are very fortunate to have our very own FIVE GUYS here in the Five Cities. Really high quality food! The burgers are just right… perfectly cooked and seasoned. Fresh meat and buns, second to none! Made to order with your choice of free goodies. The fries? Salted perfectly, crispy, soft and seasoned. And, there is always extras in the bag! Wonderful goodness wrapped in foil helps the precious burger stay warm, moist, and melts the cheese until it is gooey on the foil. Really good shakes. Friendly staff, clean restaurant, quick, accurate service. FIVE GUYS RULES! Never a disappointment.

Staff doesn’t really seem to know what they are doing. We ordered ahead of time and there was one other person in there and we still waited over 20 minutes for 3 small items. The other person in there brought their burger back with a complaint and the staff were not very helpful making it right. Could use some additional training here.

Food is always good, as is the service. Couple of minor complaints. It’s fairly pricey… But I guess that’s expected because quality and service is WAY BETTER than your typical fast food place. And lastly, I wish they had better napkins! Very thin. The food can be rather messy. You’re probably going to go through 5 napkins minimum!
