I created an account and ordered online and went to p/u sandwich real quick and get back home to watch Survivor 50. My online order didn’t get to them. Ugh! Lilly came to my rescue and kept me calm and helped me get back in to my account and then just took my order there in-store and made my sandwich and got me back on the road home. Food was great! Lilly was great! Thank you.

EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE is always visibly extremely high while working. My sister even had to tell an employee how to use the toaster oven, tell them what sandwiches they just made so they could punch it in at the register and put her own order into the bags at check out all in the same visit.

Every time we order and it’s quite often I order extra pickles and I pay extra for that. I have yet to receive extra pickles. One time I didn’t even get ANY. tonight my sandwich is SAD it has 2 tomatoes 4 pickles and a flick of lettuce. Do better subway. We pay extra for things. Take time and READ your orders while making them.

I got a email for 40% off a footlong Subway sandwich and this location would not give me this deal. The closest place that took this deal was at least 30 minutes away in Perry Iowa. I shouldn’t have to drive to a different Subway 30 minutes away to get a deal that was sent to my email from Subway. The Jefferson Iowa Subway should have honored this deal.

Wow! All I can say is I’m glad I had a coupon and didn’t have to pay full price! Ordered tuna salad footlong but the girl made it with chicken salad and only put about 2 TBS of the salad in the sandwich. She wasn’t very friendly and acted like it was a bother to wait on people. Won’t go back to this Subway for quite sometime!

This is a horrible subway location! They don’t always honor subway promotions/deals. Subway recently offered 40% footlong subs for MVP members and this subway location refused to participate in the promotion/deal and they wouldn’t honor the promotion/deal. It would also be nice if this subway offered swiss cheese which is a very popular sandwich cheese.

Went in to get 2 foot long subs and a kids meal on 2-23-18 at 1:35pm right after my 6 year old son was sent home from surgery. There were 3 people in line in front of me. There was this lady working there and on her name tag it said CATS and she took her sweet sweet time making any subs. She looked like she’d been doing drugs. 2 guys came in and waited behind me. CATS finally got to the man ahead of me and he was quite irritated as well as I was at that point and he finally paid and left. She got to my order now. She didn’t correctly cut the kids meal sub the way it was supposed to be. It was half the size it was supposed to be and put only 1 slice of turkey on it! My boyfriend’s sub was alright. But MY sub was ridiculous! As soon as she started making MY sub I had been there for 30 minutes and I was wondering why is this woman working alone! The 2 men behind me, obviously regulars and must know the people working, asked where’s her other helper. She looked up and responded that she must be in the bathroom or something, haven’t seen her in a while. The guys behind me were joking around about possibly seeing the other worker outside smoking. This started making me angry. I paid for my food, looked for the name of the other person who was supposed to be working, her name is Michelle by the way and I left. Got home and we ate our food. So may I remind you I was fine just starving that day. Later that night I started feeling bloated and sharp pains in my stomach. Went to bed just to wake up at 4am the next day with food poisoning! Here it is going on day #3 with it. I’ve lost out on 2 and a half days of work so far! I can barely keep anything down. I too weak to stay awake but can’t sleep because I’m in too much pain and I’m either too hot or to cold. My brain hurts like I’ve been hit by a truck. Something needs done about it and asap! I’m sadly disappointed with how Subway’s being ran so far this year. Heard a lot of complaints about the store is being ran down to the ground by their own store owner. After my last visit I’m NOT going to go back again.

Came in today around 1:10 for some lunch, lady who helped us was kind of rude and seemed like if she didn’t want to be there or help anyone I was with. Man there was a nice people person and does great. She may have been having a bad day but the attitude and negative energy was out of pocket.
