Stopped to pick up a sandwich on our road trip. We may have encountered the same female employee others have mentioned. She was on her phone as we entered and greeted her – no answer, just a blank stare. Said hello again and she still didn’t answer but came to assist us. Everything was very repetitive and she seemed to have a hard time understanding very simple conversation. We said we wanted lettuce for example. She then asked, without looking at us, “What do you want on your sandwich?” This continued throughout the entire sandwich-making process. We almost walked out a few times – it was so annoying. I don’t think she could handle having more than one customer in the store at a time. She didn’t seem to know that a 12-inch sandwich was the same as a footlong! This experience was definitely NOT up to normal Subway standards.

Skip this one! Order ahead means nothing—you’ll be waiting at least another 20-30 minutes (and we always order conservatively). They are understaffed and glacial (think the DMV sloth scene from Zootopia), and prioritize walk ins—people who came in after us were served first. This is based on two road trip experiences a year apart, with the same sloths. I’ve dropped this to one star as our sandwiches weren’t even made correctly. Never, ever again.

After a very long day of traveling in a U-Haul across the country, I stopped here for some much needed food and Haley made my order perfectly and was incredibly kind during the process!

Stopped for dinner on our road trip at 5:30pm. Couldn’t get a sandwich because they didn’t have any bread. A Subway with no bread blows my mind.

I didn’t try the food but I didn’t want to give a wrong impression either. What a great atmosphere for my connected from inside to a bar that’s good smelled great and sounded like a handful of happy people in that section of the place but for the bowling part me and my better half had it all to ourselves at that time which made it perfect for our first bowling date! Prices for shoes and games were also quite manageable! 🙂

Went in for lunch. A single worker who had absolutely no craps to give. I have never seen slower service. Even when a sandwich was toasting, just stood there instead of starting the next sandwich. Waited 10 mins and she didn’t complete a single sandwich. Had to leave, there was only a single person in front of us, but couldn’t wait another 15 mins to start our order. Went across the street to Casey’s and got pizza and snacks. Drove off and saw the person in front of us still waiting at the counter.

Sign talking about how they are short employees and the employees are working so hard… , we were in the store maybe 10 minutes waiting for someone, when we walked out, employee was sitting on the curb on her tapping on her phone the whole time

Unfortunately I did not get the lady’s name but the lady that helped us was very friendly and our order was accurate despite her handling several customers by herself. Wish I noted her name.

The sole employee was wonderful. He made the best salad I’ve ever had at a Subway.

We came in around noon. The lady working asked if there was a sign outside flashing or something because she couldn’t believe the rush they were having ( which was ironic since they didn’t even have the open sign on). I pointed out that it was the lunch hour.
