If you want a sloppy cold sub and to waste your money when you specify you want the meat on your sub HOT this is your place! Multiple times now I’ve requested the meat be heated up twice (prior to toasting and during toasting) it never gets done and I always end up throwing the rest of my sub away, pretty sure the staff just doesn’t care enough to actually read through their online orders and notes on the order. Won’t be wasting another dime on this place.

They just keep getting worse. Takin a star away. This place is a joke. 8 on Saturday night, don’t close till 10p, they are out of bread. Bread, which is kinda important at a sub shop. New manager told me if they are busy they will not make meatballs. So why are they still in the menu? The 2 females working were not doing any thing but standing there talking so I don’t think they are to busy.

Poor quality control. Online order. Light lettuce… not today. Cut footlong into 4… not today. Sandwich was too messy to eat in the car. By the time I got it home it was a cold soggy mess. Won’t make that $14.50 mistake again.

Poor service! My girlfriend and I went there about 15 mins after opening time to find the doors locked. We made eye contact with a long haired worker who then proceeded to run to the back. We’ve all had rough mornings before, so we figured we’d go for a walk in Swedetown then come back. We came back an hour later to find the door still locked and the long haired worker nowhere in sight. I guess it’s easier to be clocked in for your shift when the doors are locked!
