I placed a pickup order through the website. My order was done before being picked up. However, the ingredients were old. The lettuce was brown, the bread was stale and there was hardly anything on the sub. I spent $22 (tip included) and it really wasn’t worth it at all. I have been here many times before and had a much better experience and sandwich. I was very disappointed.

I come here often and the staff is always welcoming, helpful, and efficient. The dining area is always clean and my sub is delicious every time. I’ve only had great experiences here, it’s one of my favorite lunch spots.

I have been coming here for the last 3 years and have always had an incredible experience! The customer service is always friendly and makes me feel welcomed. One time they messed up my order and took full accountability and fixed it with no hesitation, while also being extremely apologetic. I know mistakes happen. I always get the number 13 (highly recommend) and it is always consistently made where I know what I am going to get! This location is ran very well compared to other locations I have been too! Overall I always leave satisfied.
