The food was terrible the employee who was working January 17th 2026 heavier set male with glasses maybe crossed eye did not have a name tags on was making my sandwhich so he could hurry and make his sandwich he threw my sandwich together sloppy and was very rude. I mean if you dont like your job Just say that! Also when I was asking for my of certain sauce he told me for the honey sriracha sauce when I asked for more he told me “ fine it’s your funeral “ with a big nasty attitude. I was so disgusted with his service and I’m a regular so I didn’t expect to be treated like shit! He needs to have some type of consequence for how he treats employees so rude nasty and couldn’t even out my sandwhich together as I asked . I will never come to this subway again and I will forsure be to tell all customers to not come to Norway employees are nasty.

I usually don’t post bad reviews , but this is pathetic . My mom ordered me this sub on Saturday, and I even put MORE option for everything & this is how much they put on my sandwich. Very weak. Foods ok, but imagine you have a long day at work, just want smth to eat, you walk in at 8:50 and the worker says, “Sorry, we cant help you, its ten minutes till we close.”… WTH! Listen if its like 2 minutes, ok I understand. I worked at a sub shop myself. But 10 minutes? Absurd.

Subway is always a travel favorite. However, we stopped at this Subway and it was not great… Not too much care was given in the creation of our sub. It was definitely hard to eat. The toppings and mayo didn’t stay in the bread at all.

Every time I go to the subway in Norway Michigan, the people who work there are super rude, basically just throw the food together and smush it while wrapping it. Also the food I just recently got, was made very poorly! Was missing a sauce, wrong bread and the bread was old and crusty! And it was not wrapped the right way either! Honestly I doubt I’ll ever be a customer there again. Completely disappointed. I would never treat a customer this way!
