GREAT JOB!!!
Went in with a group of 8 close to closing and Amber was AMAZING! Clean location, spacious, well laid out and conveniently located right on US 31. I see that some people were negative about their experience and I was confused by that, so I looked at their other reviews. Short version, some people can’t be pleased.

Not a great place for ordering ahead. They didn’t prepare subs as per the instructions provided. When we asked about it they didn’t respond well and suggested to order again.

I had a paper coupon for 2 foot longs for $12.99 that could not be honored because the QR scanner was not working. I’d have liked for my bad experience to have ended there, but a few staff were rude and unprofessional – that made me feel uncomfortable. I wasn’t greeted so much as directed (“Pickup? No, then stand over there to order.”), then felt stupid for how I ordered (“What’s a regular size? I don’t know what that is”). Also got a scoff and an eye-roll from my sandwich maker – don’t know if she was just having a bad day, but she was absolutely horrible and left a very bad taste in my mouth. I chose this place not just because I had a coupon, but I usually like the food…what a shame.

The store was extremely clean. Will definitely eat there again. The young lady that waited on me was super friendly and made our subs perfect.

Woman working made a mistake making my sandwich when I pointed it out. She argued with me about what I said and was very rude.
I’ve worked in subways before and I understand that they probably just got hit with a rush, but I can say with 100% certainty it wasn’t me who made the mistake and there was zero reason to be condescending to me.
There’s no reason to go here when there’s two other subways within 5 minutes that will give you better service.

Came in there around noon today 10/15/23 bigger lady working with black hair was very rude to me from the start, doesn’t like her job at all. I came in there happy just wanting a simple sandwich but I couldn’t stand her attitude she had with me for no reason. Honestly I go in there all the time and have zero problems I even tip them every time leaving a 20% tip because I love the subs they make and 9/10 times you’ll never have a problem over a subway sandwich. I’ve never seen this lady working there before so she must be new. Manager if you’re reading this get rid of this employee while you can. My first ever bad experience with subway in 20 years. She didn’t even get half way done making my sandwich and I told her to keep it. As soon as I said that she said okay and started laughing at me while I was walking out. I told her to have a better day and walked out and drove to the next subway up the street. At least the one by the hospital has a few better employees.

My family had a terrible experience at this subway location. The business owner needs to either let go or retrain whoever it was that helped us (she wasn’t wearing her name tag so idk what her name is). But she was very rude and snappy towards my grandma who was just trying to buy my family lunch. She was yelling at us and her two coworkers because she got confused as to whose order is whose.

placed an order online and went to go pick it up, walked in and mentioned i had a pickup order and she responded “and the name” very snarky and then grabbed my order and just slammed it down? like how is this ok? i mean we all have rough days, but it was kinda uncalled for in my opinion.

We have been going here for years. ..I had a horrible experience with a girl named Sam and a younger girl…I didn’t know they discontinued a certain cheese ..I was patronized and rudely talked to…I even left a tip for them to share after I went back in .called the manager and reported them ..I was told there was issues with this particular Sam..Sam ,you are rude and should not be in customer service..I spent 70 in there today . Shame on you

Stopped in on lunch to grab a quick sandwich and some chips. Ordered my food and completed my sandwich. I’m now ready to pay….
The lady who was doing the condiment section told me to wait, so she could make the next couple of sandwiches for the guests behind me. I walked out and went to another location to eat. Not the service I was expecting to receive.
