The young lady working, should have a little more training. She started my sandwich. I move down the line. She started another person sandwich which is fine. Pulled mine out of the toaster. It’s out there and got cold because of the AC running while she continued to help other customers not in a timely manner. Put theirs in the toaster and went to start another sandwich. I asked the young lady if she could put my veggies on because my sandwiches are getting cold. She put my veggies on and then walked away. So I asked her if she could bring me up real quick, so I wasn’t sitting there waiting while she completed five other sandwiches. She then proceeded to ring me up and shoved my subs towards me in a rude manner. I was in there about 20 minutes. The issue was not her making other subs in between. It’s in a timely manner that she did it. Letting mine sit there and get cold for several minutes and then completed it and was just making me sit there and wait when she could’ve just rang me up which took one minute so the customer did not have to sit there and wait while she completed other subs. Maybe having another person with her during the day would’ve been helpful for her.

Honestly this place is a novelty if you catch it on one of those blessed occasions where there is a cussing match or you can just see how bad a sandwich can be mis made lol. Otherwise idk it’s a regular sandwich joint, and you’ll probably end up with just that lol.

Don’t order online. Ordered at 3:20 for 3 items for 4:00. Got there, and it was not ready until almost 4:15… they even forgot the extra sauce on mine. This is the slowest Subway I have ever been to.

I unfortunately come here 2 times a week and it has never changed in 6 months. The absolute worst subway we have ever been to. Staff is more interested in playing around hanging out with other people in store. Such offensive music playing 2 people walked in and left. The slowest and worst employees i have ever seen at a place of bussines. Guy wearing his hat upside down backwords shirt inside out.

Absolute worst service and sanitary levels with this establishment very displeased in the upkeep with this subway & I’ve been to plenty of different subways in Michigan. This man was wearing his hat on subside down yes I mean bell facing upward. Witnessed him get a lady her marinara meatball (getting swarmed by flies in the container of meatballs) than processed to make another man’s sub with the SAME GLOVES and SAME KNIFE as the lady before him talk about cross contamination, there was marinara on his CHICKEN sub. He had to kindly ask the man to change this gloves even though the worker just looked at him with discuss and complied. Than my boyfriend asked if they had eggs, while looking directly at the eggs and the man didn’t comply with his request and said “no”. Needless to say this place needs better management and better staff. October 30th 2022 at 1:45.

I came to this subway on April 6th at 1:45. And I met the most amazing worker I have ever came across in my life. She was amazing and had an amazing attitude! I just moved to Gaylord and not knowing anyone so when I went to get food I came in having a bad day and left feeling like I just got done talking to someone I’ve known my whole life! She definitely needs a raise! She made my whole day!

Location was supposed to be opened till 9pm. I placed a mobile order for pick up at 8:10pm. Upon arriving at the location they were closed. I tried calling (I did see a worker still inside but obviously closed) they didn’t answer. Figured I’d call subway customer service and get a refund. Turns out subway doesn’t have a customer service call center only an emailing system. I sent in the email (multiple times) and called the store a few days later with no answer. I WANT MY $25 BACK FOR THE FOOD I DIDNT GET. Sadly I don’t live in the area so I can’t just stop by the location.

Deserves a 0 star if possible. Ordered from here online delivery Three times. Now the first time they added cheese. (Can’t eat for health reasons) I figured oh just a mess up its OK, full refund was received. So I did it again (shame on me) AGAIN sandwich was received with CHEESE, GOT another refund but this time had to have it as a remake, do you see where this is going? SANDWICH 3 ALSO HAS CHEESE!!!!. So I would NOT recommend this location to ANYBODY THAT HAS ALLERGIES causes this could get someone KILLED if it wasn’t looked at before eaten. So please becareful when ordering from here
