They usually do great work and make great food, however this one was not that. I ordered my usual that I always order, except I decided to do double meat on my southwest steak and cheese. I received that said sandwich with southwest sauce pretty much dumped all over it. Not even really edible at that point.

The toaster oven needs to be cleaned heavily. The taste of the food coming out has a bad flavor due to lack of cleaning this device, not to mention the length of time was not enough to actually toast and heat my sandwich, considering this, it must taste even worse if it’s actually toasted properly. My family owned and operated a subway for years, so I have some experience in these matters. The staff was friendly and I have no issues with them, management is clearly the problem here.

My sister and I went to Subway in Mancelona today and were treated very poorly by the staff. We waited 18 min for one guy ahead of us to get one sub. We also ordered drinks and the drink machine wasn’t working so we asked for a refund and the young lady working (Liz) yelled at us telling us to choose a different drink bc she couldn’t give us a refund.

We had a coupon so I asked if we could use it just wanted to make sure. They have to ridiculously tell us the sandwiches we could get with it and that they can do that since they are a small franchise. I didn’t need a long story. Then my son asked for mozzarella on his meatball sub and they said that would be extra too. Horrible customer service. These people really need to be trained on how to talk to people.

They appeared to be understaffed and management is nowhere to ever be found. The guy that works there is very hostile and nasty. Their ice machine spits out black chunks of mold with its ice occasionally and there’s always water on the floor around the pop machine meaning they’ve got a leak and don’t seem to care about it it’s been going on for a couple years now. It’s sad to see so many Subways being owned by wealthy people that have no interest in maintaining their property.

Came in took about 6-8 minutes to even get started with my lunch, both the workers were very rude, ruined my day very unprofessional I didn’t even get a bag for my food. I also had to wait for both of them to try and figure out some lady’s cupons but they told her they can’t do anything without a manager and she won’t be here till tomorrow, there should always be a manager in store!! Seemed like they were high as they were very slow, and all coustomers were making eye contact questioning what the workers were doing. All around very very unimpressed.

Came in and waited close to 5 minutes before I got to order, and there was only two people in line. I was greated by a young girl named Naomi, very rude right off the bat, seemed like she was having a bad day. One girl in line had to ask the other girl to wrap her sandwitch because it was gonna get cold sitting there. Other girl appeared to be 16-17 she needed way more training before she was doing stuff by her self. She couldn’t figure out the counputer systems and couldn’t figure out the Novak pay. then I had to ask for my drink cup. Very unimpressed and used to be a regular here but this place needs a manager in it!
