We were in late yesterday to pick up a couple subs for a late dinner.we noticed how polite & helpful daman made my sub.Even made us laugh a bit. Great service which is hard to find especially out there in fast food world.Grateful for his great , kind & helpful service to help my husband order.Highly recommend the titan & club sandwiches.This is the only location that we will always go to from now on!!

My soup was like water, one of the employees apologized. Got a different cup out of the cooler and after about 5 minutes in the microwave it was “soup” what happened to having hot soup, and not out of a microwave? Sub was eh ok I suppose, toppings did not seem fresh, and employee that took my order im hoping we’d very very new because he was very very slow and didnt seem to knkw what he was doing, because I was walking him through the process and explaining how to wrap a sub…

The food here is amazing I had chicken wraps and dipper it was very tasty fresh and filling . Also the staff was very friendly and made ordering experience really pleasant, The place is open 24 hours I’m a truck driver and they got huge truck parking easy in and out.

Customer service is bad. I came in late last night. The worker asked me what I would like and got out the bread I wanted set it on the counter and pulled out an online order from the oven and proceeded to finish making an online order which is fine. My issue was another worker started to help the customers behind me instead of helping me knowing I was standing there and the other worker was finishing the online order. I waited while 2 customers went ahead until I finally said something. I could hear the two guys talking about it and mentioned I had an attitude including what looked like the owners son when I simply didn’t think that was fair for all these customers to get help before me when I was there before. The actual owner witnessed it all and didn’t even make it right.
