The ladies were super sweet and my food was amazing which I needed cause I was having a crazy day and would of been upset if I got what I sometimes get is to much mayo and mustard when I say clearly one line of each. Perfect place to get my perfect sandwich.

The young lady at the counter **AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE** made some great sub sandwiches for us.
My wife had the chicken bacon and I had the steak and cheese .
Definitely will return back for another…… PS don’t forget the cookies !! CARMEL CHOCOLATE and WHITE CHOCOLATE MACADAMIAN NUT !!

I ordered online and picked up on my way home from Grand Haven to Coopersville. The subs were AMAZING! Everything was as requested, the bread and veggies were fresh. It was ready on time and the staff was friendly when I picked them up. Thank you so much!

Staff extremely rude and short with me. Which definitely shouldn’t be happening to a paying customer who simply is ordering a sandwhich. Food put together sloppily. Veggies were clearly old and not stored properly. Overall completely avoid this subway and just drive to the next one.

Placed an online order, picked it up and when I got home discovered 2 out of the 3 subs were made incorrectly even with the notes added right on the reciept. We go back up there and the manager Michelle A., helped us out and got them made correctly and quickly. She was very friendly, super nice to talk to and did a fantastic job! So thank you Michelle A., and when you stop in I hope you get the pleasure of chatting with her as well when she makes a wonderful sub!

I was in this Subway store at 6:30 pm on 2/3/2025. When I walked in, they told me they were out of bread, which I could see was not true. They went on to explain that they were saving the bread for morning, but I could wait for the bread that’s baking in an hour. I clarified that they were going to turn away customers to save bread for a possible customer tomorrow, to which they responded yes. I’m not sure why they would do this, but I’m not going back. I usually go there a couple times a month, so this is really disappointing.

This is THE Subway to go to!!! Even when I’ve been a little ways away and not in town, I always tell my friends that we should drive the extra few minutes and go to the Spring Lake Subway if we’re going to get lunch. Not only is my sandwich always consistently made (and delicious!!) but the workers always are so kind! I never have to worry that I’m going to have a bad experience at this subway, it is always amazing and everyone that works there always brightens my day as well 🙂 they really set the bar for customer service high, and even when they’re busy they always make sure you get the exact sub you wanted, the exact way you like it!! Shoutout to the manager as well, she does an AMAZING job!! You can really tell that she values her employees and her workplace a lot! Everyone is always very happy there, and it is always very clean!! I’d like to also note that I’ve never been there and had a product be out of stock, which is very appreciated!! I can always get the sub I wanted when I walked in, which is awesome!! I definitely recommend the spicy Italian (add bacon of course) or the rotisserie chicken sandwich!! Keep it up guys, we are so lucky to have you in town!!!
