Avoid this location it’s terrible. Management/franchise owner has not contacted me a week after they messed up both sandwich’s completely. Not only the toppings missing, but the bread was oddly small and the meat seemed to reflect this too. Easily the smallest footling subs I have ever seen at Subway. I got totally ripped off. Online pickup through drive thru, inside of restaurant closed. Called store after unwrapping sandwiches at home and was told I had to return the sandwiches for replacements. Seriously? No other restaurant in my life has not owned up to their own mistakes. Not one but both were wrong. Called location again a week after to follow up and the second manager I spoke with has confirmed they basically don’t care. Was told to contact Subway directly? Go to Jimmy Johns instead

This subway is the laziest food place around. The inside has been closed since Covid they mess with their online ordering so it says everything’s out of stock all the time. Literally everything doesn’t matter what you try you can’t order online. They don’t answer the phone when you try to call. It’s a total joke. Subway needs to pull their franchise rights it’s damaging the brand.

The staffs are very rude. The manger is racist. Their customers service skills is awful. During lunch hours they barley have what you want and will take all day making your food. You can’t tell them they are wrong cause the customers always wrong. With all that’s going on in the world they could be a little more kind.

This was the worst experience ever! They messed up on my sandwiches (4) I went home, then had to drive there again to have them remake them. I also, tried to go inside, but had to go through the drive thur because they didn’t want to open the inside!! Beyond frustrating!!

I ordered for a large staff dinner and everything was perfect! They packed plenty of topping offerings, condiments & napkins. The buns were very fresh and the helpfulness when placing and picking up the order were very friendly! I will definitely order from this Subway again! I have tried a different Subway for large meal and it was not even comparable! Thanks for making our meal a great experience!

I gave this location two tries, but it didn’t work for me. They gave me the wrong sandwich, but they told me to return so they could rectify it. The sandwich was still wrong, and it seemed like such a hassle. I rarely go here, but I’ve been there twice since my client moved close by. The staff aren’t very friendly (if looks could kill), and while my sandwiches taste good, I was quite dissatisfied with the fact that my footlongs only had one or two pieces of meat and very few toppings. I don’t recommended eating at Subway Holland.

There are two gals who frequently work the lunch shift and they are both terrific and so kind. I would go out of my way to visit this Subway versus other stores or similar sub shops. Didn’t catch their names but will update if I get them!
