First of all. The cashier was a very nice lady who greeted me with a smile. She was very quick and made my sandwich with precision and expertise. This is by far the best Subway in Grand Rapids, and I’ve tried them all lmao. The service was great they were super kind. The food was awesome as well, and it look like a new and subway sandwich with a nice clean inside.

The worst service. She had no customers and made the worst sandwiches that was supposed to be made already before getting there. There was basically nothing on them. She didn’t know how to take the 10%off from a discount card we had. And she dropped all the subs on floor. Yes they were in the bag but she wasn’t sorry for it. Very unprofessional.

First of all, I really like Subway. This Location however was just a all around bad experience. From the time the girl with the purple and green hair and all the face piercings started to make my sandwich until I left was Well over 10 minutes . Then I received a meatball sandwich where the meatballs were ice cold . I do not recommend.

We have had a terrible experience here, in the beginning when they first opened they were awesome, but have gone down hill. Joshua should be recognized by Corporate, for his amazingly positive attitude for being the ONLY employee at this location!!! Joshua not only works open to close every day, but he is positive minded and meticulous with his work quality. It’s crazy to me that he is able to continue this schedule and stay positive.
