Went into subway tonight bought $65 worth of subs to have my subs basically thrown into a bag, burnt, and not properly made ( my BMT was missing the ham and I had to add it at home)… on top of that Management decided to tell me they didn’t have time to make of fix my order… ILL NEVER SPEND A DIME AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

The quality of the service is very hit or miss. Most of the time the associates aren’t the friendliest or care to help you, and they assume that everyone wants their bread soggy from the amount of mayonnaise they put on. By the time I get the word enough out of my mouth they’ve already put on about 12 to many swipes of mayonnaise. I ordered a “footlong” and I’ve never measured it, but I was curious since the price went up $1.50 since last time I got it about a month ago, it was 11″ so that was nice.

I went to subway in Fremont Michigan and my service was great but as soon as I sat down to eat and enjoy my lunch I took off my coat to eat and it was about 7 degrees needless to say it’s only 14 degrees outside can something be done about this I visit often and it is never cold but this time was different.i don’t know how your employees do there work with it being this cold in there work of control!!!

Went in Sunday 8/24/25 around 12 pm. Crew was THE BEST! So welcoming and fun :)). Food was a delicious too. 10/10 will be back again!!

Asked for a cold cut with cheese toasted an green peppers onion lettuce didn’t get what i asked for. An a club toasted them same has mine he didn’t get what he as for NOT HAPPY

The people there where very rude , I tried showing proof of an order called in and charged on my card, and thet said I had the wrong store , after showing that it was placed to the Fremont store the attendent proceeded to tell me he worked there 3 years and never had this issue, he claimed to have his store manager which never ask information about me or the order number told the person working for me to get ahold of corporate office, so I tried and the number hangs up on you and says go online, which is how I placed the order, poor management and service, cant wait for Jimmy Jon’s

Absolutely terrible, I pull up and see them smoking/vaping behind the counter and they completely mess up my order. I am beyond pissed, will not return.

Took a solid 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged i was there, being the only customer in the building at the time. Lady behind the counter was doing online orders but could have at least said hello.
