Stopped there on my way back to Grand Rapids after visiting my grandma. We did get there pretty late (9:30pm on Friday 2/27), but all food was put away and nobody was visible behind the counter. After going inside, we were refused service the man stating “I haven’t had a customer for an hour and a half.” While I sat in the parking lot deciding what restaurant I would go instead, two more parties stopped by and also were refused service. I wish I got a chance to rate the food, but the restaurant itself looked inviting.

A nice greeting From behind the counter and explanations of some of the sandwiches were great. I chose the five meat Italian and it came out excellent. Service was fast would stop here again anytime!!!

Ordered food Saturday it’s now Tuesday. Toaster was broke, they can’t refund money, they got the toaster fixed and my wife called at 4:20 to have it ready by 6 and I got there at 6:05 to cold subs and none of the free shit promised. I let the free food slide as that’s not what I wanted, but cold food and the toaster just got fixed? If I wanted cold food I would’ve accepted it Saturday. This is the third time I’ve been here and every single time there is a long way or employees suck. Never had an issue with any other subway and I’ve been all around the country. I’ll never eat or spend a dime at a subway again. Plenty of other places to eat in newaygo. I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else. There’s a reason this place only has 3.6 stars.

Food is good, place is clean. Only complaint is this place do not have “No shirt/no shoes/no service”. A young man came in with no shirt and they served him. Tsk.
Also, they did not keep up with the fountain drinks. 3 of them are out of order.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had at subway. Online ordered, the slip listed everything correctly yet they Did not prepare the sandwich correctly. Wrong bread on one, the other was missing cucumber, red onion and lettuce. The tomato, spinach, green pepper and banana pepper was very scarce as you can see in the photo and the bacon was undercooked. They didn’t even spread out the chicken! Geez. Definitely would never come back to this location again. BACK TO WHITE CLOUD SUBWAY I GO!!!!

Very clean sub shop. I am excited to have a healthier option in Newaygo. Bread wasn’t ready. Still had a couple of options. I put a ton of ranch on my subs so honestly I can taste the bread. Check it out.! Very nice inside!

My last 4 visits to this particular subway, they are always out of something. Literally costing them sales every time because we walk out and go somewhere else. Whether it’s the main protein we are looking for, lids for soft drinks (and not comping a larger size that had lids unless I paid), cookies, several soda options out, and just yesterday we were there and they had nothing but flat breads or pizza because sales were greater than they had bread. This store is terribly managed, I can’t be the only one second guessing whether to return or not. Just a waste of time usually.
