Very clean sub shop. I am excited to have a healthier option in Newaygo. Bread wasn’t ready. Still had a couple of options. I put a ton of ranch on my subs so honestly I can taste the bread. Check it out.! Very nice inside!

I would not recommend ordering through the app, even if you’re in a hurry you want to watch them make your sub. My sub was completely wrong and pretty much mutilated. I was also charged for add ons that I wanted that weren’t on it. The store was not busy at all so there is no excuse for my sub to have been so wrong.

I usually have great service at this location but today was a different story. I understand being busy but online orders should take priority especially when they’re promised to be ready by a certain time. Mine was not finished by the promised time, because I watched the young lady make everyone else’s sandwich who walked in and ignored my order. I even walked into the store and complained to an employee and was ignored and still had to wait for my sandwich that I ordered online. Just a little ridiculous. I had my 10 month old with me and other food in my truck getting cold. Not impressed at all. And on top of everything else my food was made incorrectly. I will not be placing another online order.

This subway is clean, the subway artists at the time I was there are nice and friendly, I ordered subway protein bowls, they are my favorite menu , if you are looking for some quick healthy meal I recommend.
