Avoid this between the time of 930pm and 10pm. They for some reason will only say they have chicken wings to sell. Also, it will take the same amount of time if you was ordering anything else to get your order. I went here on 6/17 between the time of 930pm and 10pm and was told their only selling chicken wings at this time. The reason why was because the lady ( she was not wearing a name tag) said to me there about to close. Also the lady was cleaning and never washed her hands when she gave me my food.

False advertising!! I ordered Catfish filets which was not catfish but Swai or some other type of fish. If catfish is not being sold, then the customer should be informed and allowed the option to refuse or accept; just don’t pass it off to customer as catfish. I called to voice my dissatisfaction and was connected to the” Boss” who was very rude and he hung up on me. I ordered 4 wings fried hard with extra lemon pepper. My issue is not so much the quality of the food but the audacity of the establishment to be charging .45 for extra lemon pepper. While this amount of salt will suffice for no extra charge- buy for an extra .45 I expected my chicken to be covered. Please Stop with this BS. If this is extra, what is the regular amount that you put on people food? And since there is an added fee for extra-you should put in a cup with a lid so every customer receives the same amount of salt worth that .45. Again, the food was not the issue, but my mind is completely blown by that damn extra charge for nothing.

Came from out of town, me and family stopped in to grab a bit. When walking in I thought the young lady that was sweeping was ordering food, but when I walked up to order she go’s in the door to the register with the most cheapest attitude. She yelled telling me I had to choose a pop for my third order and I was still on my fist order. She demanded that I order a pop still talking very loud and rude. I told her to keep her order because I don’t play when it comes to my food. Walked out and will never step foot back there. I DO NOT recommend this place.

I never do reviews because I know that sometimes people make mistakes. However, the manager here showed me that he does not care about his customers. We called in our oder before 11:30 and was informed that it would be ready in 10-15 min. I got there to pick up the food and was told that they didn’t have anymore of what we ordered. Got back to work to inform my coworker and she informed me that she never received a call from them so she called them back and they told her that they were sorry and that they do have our order. Therefore, I went back to get our order. We asked for fresh fries because our order had been sitting there for at least 45 min which was their fault because they told us they didn’t have it. First the lady told me that I would have to pay for it. So I reminded her that I was here early and you all told me that you didn’t have it. So she said she would ask the manager so she did and he told me that he wasn’t going to replace them. The lady had me taste them and they were soggy and cold. I told her to feel it of course she didn’t and neither did the manager. Needless to say I will never go here again and I will advise my coworkers not to as well. I wasted time and gas. AND HE WANTED US TO PAY FOR COLD FRIES.

On September 19, 2021 at 1746 I ordered a shrimp and catfish nugget dinner from this JJ Fish.
Once I got home and opened the bag the food looked like it was covered in cooking oil. I blotted some of the oil off however, once I started eating the catfish nuggets it turned out to be all batter and no catfish. I called the store to let them know but they were closed.
I am saving the pieces of batter and I have pictures to prove there was no catfish. I will request a refund or a new order.
Plus they forgot to add lemon pepper. The best thing about this meal was the coleslaw and the orange soda. The shrimp were just ok.

Chicken and fish was great customer service was terrible she was either not feeling well or hate her job!
I asked her if she put the Cole slaw in the bag, she rudely said it’s in the bag, she lied their was no Cole slaw with the orders.
