Update: I went back with another app order… Had two pick up orders using deals and after getting there to pickup only one order was available and they said they never got the other order (it was charged to my bank then reimbursed later)and told me I’d have to reorder but when I went to app my deal was gone. The staff was rude and giggling while I was trying to explain what was going on then they said the staff member coming in could handle it so I waited and seen said staff member come in and they chatted about it for a minute then went to work without addressing it with me so i approached the counter again where they said they could do nothing and I’d have to get ahold of customer service which is on the app and no real customer service rep to talk to and the bot chat don’t have my issue as an option ♀️ at this point I won’t go back to this facility I’ll go to another sandwich shop.
Ordered 2 chicken bacon ranch sandwiches online today, asked for extra toppings. Did NOT get extra and i question if I even got my lettuce? Husband’s sandwich had jalapenos we didn’t even want. If I order from here again it’s have to go in and direct/watch them actually make it. When I arrived to pick up my order no one was around because I wanted to purchase some cookies.

Absolutely disgraceful they over charged my daughter for items then put a tea spoon of steak on my steak sub attempted to call the number no answer several times will be reporting to better business you can not cheat people out of money and not provide what you offered I would avoid this subway!

Went in to get some food and there was an older couple taking their time. The younger guy was really rude to them as they were hard of hearing. The older gentleman asked if he had made his food yet and the younger guy came back with a crappy response saying “it’s right here” in a stern voice. Extremely rude and his eyes were super bloodshot and he smelt like weed. The lady behind the counter was extremely nice and should be rewarded for what she does. The younger guy should be fired! No one in any customer service related job should be talking to people like that!

We’ve went to this Subway forever. It’s convenient, right after shopping you quick grab a sandwich. The food has always been awesome. Occasionally will we get a wrap/sandwich that could’ve been closed better or that wasn’t wrapped at all. This isn’t necessarily my issue, as it’s annoying but it does tend to happen. I’m a very understanding person, I’ve worked for a subway before so I get the daily struggles.
Let me tell you about my experience this morning. I went to get my tire fixed this morning and my mom and I decided to go get some food while we were waiting. Not only did they open 5 minutes late (which again could be for any reason) but the man making our food was insanely rude to us. He ignored us for the first 5 minutes we were in line. Then when he did make our food, he didn’t even ask if we wanted our sandwiches toasted, didn’t ask our cheeses, and rolled his eyes when someone else came into the store.
I’ve always gotten good service going to this Subway. Maybe he was having a bad day, it won’t stop me from spending money here due to the convenience it has to quick eat before/after shopping. But the customer service could be better.

I ordered online and picked up at our Subway located inside Walmart. I didn’t have to download an app. It took 8 minutes start to finish my order for four people!! Online ordering was so freaking easy. We all got what we wanted. It was ready when it was supposed to be. I didn’t have to wait in line. Sandwiches were awesome!!! It was fantastic to easily order something that wasn’t fast food or pizza. I would have given it 5 stars but I haven’t eaten at Subway in quite some time. Pretty sure I will do this again soon. After a long day at work, too tired to get groceries, not wanting normal “order out” foods this made me very happy and everyone enjoyed their own sub!! Win-WIN!!!

Employees didn’t seem to want to be there, acted like they didn’t care if we ordered or not. They don’t take coupons, and they don’t let you know that til after your stuff is made. They Employees can enjoy eating a free sub or they can throw it away. If you don’t want to take a coupon then perhaps open your own subshop instead of being a non participating subway coupon taker. Kick rocks cause your subway blows

I used to like the customer service here but lately they have had very bad attitudes looking highly annoyed and I ordered a pizza she cut the pepperoni up on a gross counter and threw it in the oven and into a box before asking me anything about veggies, oregano, parm or sauce. Nothing just threw it together silently and quickly. If you have it on the menu please properly train them to prepare it. I have only had one worker know how to properly take a pizza order. Super disappointed.

Service is always great here, plus they also have cookies compared to the other location on the other side of town. Only thing I can complain about is they don’t accept coupons here.

Love the food and service is fast.Great place to go for lunch no waiting half of your lunch break waiting in your car for the through lines at the other dives to give your food and be shure to check and see if you got what you orderd. 90% of the time they mess up your order.
