We recently visited Scaddabush Richmond hill, it was really good experience. They have live mozzarella station, they make dough in-house. We ordered hand stretched mozzarella,mushroom truffle mafalde pasta, Margherita pizza and drinks. All items were good. Their food items are fairly priced.
They gave in house dessert for our wedding anniversary. Our server was really nice and interactive.

I had such an amazing experience at Scaddabush Italian Kitchen! From the moment we sat down, the atmosphere felt lively, warm, and perfect for a relaxed night out with friends.
We started with the fresh mozzarella with bread, and it was absolutely incredible. You can really taste the freshness of the cheese—it was soft, creamy, and paired perfectly with the warm bread. It honestly felt like the perfect way to begin the meal and set the tone for everything that followed.
Next, we tried the spicy pizza, which was packed with flavor. The crust had a great texture—crispy on the outside but still soft inside—and the spicy toppings added a really nice kick without being overwhelming. If you enjoy a bit of heat in your pizza, this one is definitely worth trying.
The truffle pasta was another highlight of the night. It was rich, creamy, and full of that amazing earthy truffle flavor. Every bite felt indulgent and comforting, and the pasta was cooked perfectly. It’s the kind of dish you keep thinking about long after the meal is over.
To go with the food, we had some wine and lime drinks, which paired really well with everything we ordered. The drinks were refreshing and added to the overall experience of the evening.
Beyond the food, what really made the night special was the atmosphere. The restaurant has such a vibrant and welcoming vibe, and the service was friendly and attentive. Everything came out at a good pace, and we never felt rushed. Visited on a Friday night and it was packed! We got to our table quickly as we had a reservation. The service was great and very on top of our orders. We got the mozzarella app and it was wonderful! You could tell it was very fresh and we shared between 3 people. I had the rigatoni dish and it was delicious. 1 had the special of the day with lobster tail and the other had a fish dish. We all enjoyed our evening.

One minor suggestion for the chicken parmesan, it would have been perfect to have a dash more sauce for the pasta. It already tasted very good, a bit more sauce will make the pasta even more tasty and moist.

Our party of three had such a lovely experience at Scaddabush. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. Sarah took amazing care of us. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Her menu recommendations were spot on, and we ended up loving every dish she suggested. The food itself was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The ambience was pretty, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxed night out. Overall, we had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back!

Love the vibe, the food and the service. It was a lovely Sunday night and we went there to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. We didn’t reserve seats, but we were able to be seated shortly around 5:30pm. There are many counter seats and high hairs. Stylish interior decoration. A little noisy as people all seem to enjoy themselves. We feel it is the right vibe to celebrate. Three of us ordered avocado Bruschetta, Caprese Panzanella, preto Pollo Penne, pizza with spicy fungi, all are very tasty, full of flavors, especially the pizza, it is heaven. The dough is very fresh, the topping is to die for. Our waitress is a very nice lady, always giving a sunshine smile, making our time very memorable. On the day when we visited, they have promotion in gift card, $50 gift card with $10x 5 coupon, what a deal. We just pay $50, we got $50 gift card plus $10×5 coupon toward future visits. We will definitely go back more often.

Mu daughter treated me on my birthday last year. Food was so good. Pizza tastes very good (although my favorite is meat lover type, we had pepperoni pizza). The italian sausage penne was amazing! We also ordered desert (cheese cake and ice cream). I had a great time on my birthday!

This was our first time to Scaddabush. We had a fantastic first visit to in Richmond Hill! The food was absolutely delicious and everything came out fresh and full of flavour. Our server, Stephanie, made the experience even better — she was friendly, attentive, and provided amazing service throughout our meal. She took the time to answer our questions and made sure we had everything we needed.
Overall it was a great dining experience and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Starting with the positives. The Goat Cheese & Beet Salad was fresh and good. The Balsamic Truffle Mozzarella was good.
The disappointments. The Spaghetti Carbonara was a complete miss. It lacked any creamy and savoury flavour, even the parmesan and black pepper could not salvage this carbonara. The Olive Oil Almond Torta was okay. The Vanilla Maple Gelato was good but the Puglian almond and olive oil cake was very thick and did not go well with the gelato.

We are visiting from Calgary and have been to this location twice this week. Stang and Hilda were fantastic servers!! Both super friendly, fun, and great at their jobs. The food was delicious and we’ll definitely be back the next time we are in Ontario.
