I believe this location is located inside Walmart. I’m not big on Subway but I know a lot of people are, I do love their raspberry cheesecake cookies though

Only complaint is that the lady tried to drown my sandwich in condiments. There was so much of it on the sandwich that my tomatoes were sliding out! She used a knife to smash the lettuce and tomato into the crease of the bread before brutally mashing my sandwich together. Maybe if she put the veggies on the bottom of the bread instead of the middle of it (aka the crease), she wouldn’t have needed to do that. I miss the days of the Sandwich Artist! Does no one take pride in their work anymore?

Edit to add, Kaitlyn at this location is really sweet. Calm, funny. I really like her 🙂

Even with low staffing I had a good experience here. Took one star away because my sandwich artist didn’t wash her hands after handling money, she was wearing gloves, but I know what the routine is at subway.

I got lunch at this location today and I was served by a super nice girl named Futima. She was so thorough with making all three of my sandwiches and she was so kind. I always get anxious when I order a lot but she was so kind and patient through the whole sandwich building process. W Futima!

I have never been to a subway like Spring Arbor Rd in Jackson Michigan..Very rude and not clean at all..Measuring cheese was beyond me, especially when you are substituting it for nacho cheese..Do not recommend this place at all

Employees are all nice and personable. They work to get you out as fast as possible, while still giving you the best quality food! They do tend to get busy when there’s softball and baseball games in the area, so be prepared for that, and bring a little extra patience. Employees are always on point though, even when they’re super busy.
