Worst subway in Jackson county.
Went there to pick my wife’s order up @ 9:45PM on a Friday night.
Store hours say they close at 11PM on Friday’s.
I walk in and head towards the counter and a short, rude woman immediately says “WE’RE CLOSED rudely.” I didn’t even say anything.
I told her I was picking up an order and she goes “it’s right there.” Rudely again.
I just walked out.
Will never return, I guess I’d hate my life too if I worked at subway and I was like 45.
Get better at your job and don’t be so mad, if you are unhappy, go somewhere else.
Franchisee owner needs to pick better employees.

food is A1, service was awesome even though % 90 of our experience was handled by Marisa who even complimented us for just being cool customers. might be a subway but anywhere you can get good service and a smile is hard to come by. it just dawned on me tgat other %10 was handled by Dawn who approached the scene with open smiles and understanding as well, thanks for the road trip meal ladies

The light are on so I tried to go though the gas station opening.
The man who desperately needs a lesson on personal hygiene working inside the gas station then informed me “if I could read the sign I know they were closed”
We’ll good thing the sign I read states it was a cash only store due to the system outages.
I’ve currently while typing this review watch to other people try to go through the subway entrance and then walk into the gas station I wonder if they are also being verbally assaulted. It’s also sad that Marathon couldn’t find a better fitting employee who can hand a basic questions from customers.

Dont get your sandwich from big white girl at counter she charged me seperately for for a footlong that was 4.50$ more. When questioned she argued. Other than that food was good she didnt add that much toppings like other subways do.

The food is okay. We ordered here a couple of times online. Usually our food is prepared wrong, and when it gives us a time to pick up it’s usually not ready when we get there and we have to wait for a half hour or longer before it is ready. We have stayed away from ordering here as much due to the service we receive and the quality of food we get.

The reason why I am given this restaurant a 2 star rating because for the past 5 days I had a weight 7 plus minutes for a Subway artist to come out and serve me. And I know for sure where I come few the Subway door a bell goes off in the back area where they always make their food prep.

I would’ve chosen zero stars if it was an option. After getting home with my food I realized the under side of the flat bread had mold. It happens. No biggie but it should’ve been fixed. I called to let them know and the woman I spoke to, Daisy, said it was absolutely not mold and I was mistaken. I refused to argue with her though she clearly wanted to. They won’t get my business again.
