I was in there for over a half hour. I was waiting patiently for the lady working on an online order. She was the only one there. Then her manager or trainer came out of the back and watched her struggle and not help at all. I got a personal pizza, they had to unthaw the dough. I got a few of the new protein wraps which the wraps were frozen as well and they had to unthaw them. Then as they were putting the wraps together the wrap was breaking and splitting apart. Afterwards I asked if I could change the sauce on one of the wraps they told me they weren’t allowed to do that or change the vegetables that were going onto the subs itself. Now that doesn’t sound like any meal your way in my opinion. I assure you, we will never be going back there after this experience. I think it’s time for upper management to get involved as, this has to be one of the lowest quality subways I have ever been to. @Subway

Went in with my 3 year old. I always come in order 4 to 6 sandwiches every time. The food is made correctly and right always. My problem is the one girl that works earlier in the day. I think she opens. Today she had purple hair. My child was obviously touching something she wasn’t supposed to (the lock on the door). I asked my 3 year old to please leave it alone. So I was gonna walk over and grab her. But before I could she thought she had to the right to raise her voice and yell at my child! As I was addressing my child! I get she is not supposed to touch it. That’s why I (her mother) was correcting her. I’ve been working in food and guest services since 2016 and was not by any means okay for her to yell at my child. Since I was already taking care of her myself!!

I think all subways generally offer the same food items. Hudson Subway is generally pretty good on service and equipped with a friendly-natured staff. They do seem to have a lot of technical issues, which causes the store to close down during peak meal times. But I have yet to receive my order wrong or meet a disgruntled employee.

I love subway but when I order online or from doordash they barely put any vegetables on it. I literally found 3 pieces of lettuce and 4 spinach. If I go in and they make in front of me they pack it and it is delicious. I dont know if they realize door dash is more expensive cant use coupons. With delivery fees no discounts and tip I spent $27 for a foot long 50% more meat and 2 cookies. I got the latest saddest looking sub I ever received.

The GM of this store gave me a hard time about giving me a bag of chips and Pop that I didn’t grab on my last order. When my wife called the lady told her said whenever u want come back and get them so we had another order today of 5 subs we actually placed another order. The GM was super rude said he would only do it this one time and was gonna take my name down so if it happend again he would not make it right again. So he GM was worried about a bag of chips and a pop I only was gonna grab because I forgot to grab when I was in there last. Mind you I work 3rd shift so to and from work this store is usually closed on my route to and from. But GM is apparently hard up for money so I told him to keep the chips and pop he needed the money he was gonna loose on giving me what I had already paid for. So to the hudson Mi Gm I’m so sorry that I tried to get what I paid for and upon request I showed recipt after I thought I lost it

First time at this store, really surprised. 5 guys ahead of me on a rush hour Friday night. Very short wait, 3 girls behind the counter. Good sized portions, good looking choices of toppings. Good flavor and good
tasting meal at a reasonable price.
Easy in and out parking too.

Super sweet staff! They labeled and separately wrapped the sandwiches with pictures for my younger children to see and put” mom” and “dad” labels for my husband and I. The little things matter so much! Thank you!

Terrible service. My first time back since the remodel the worker behind the counter was playing extremely obscene and vulgar music, and today when I went in, the worker (Jacob) was very rude and had an attitude from the moment I started my order. I asked him to explain why he had to change the order when all is wanted was to add one topping and he continued to get more and more rude until i confronted him and then he became increasingly hostile and we both began arguing loudly. Very unprofessional. I will definitely not be returning to that establishment as long as he is employed there.
