Went to claim my free b-day Root Beer Float, I like that they give you 30 days to redeem the offer. The Root Beer Float was great. The place almost looked closed, the floor seemed like it had been mopped with a greasy mop head and on a rainy day that is all bad! One patron slipped while walking through the dinning room.

Do not go here! Cockroaches
The lady who took our order was not horribly rude but wasn’t super welcoming. We didn’t actually eat because as we were going over to get our drinks, there were cockroaches crawling by the drink machines. The manager quickly gave us a refund and informed us that she has “ never seen any by the drink machines “ insinuating that they are only in the kitchen.
Buyer beware!

No rudeness but unwelcoming. Can’t get the number order right and what side goes to what order. Can barely hear the clerk that you’re ordering food from. The store looks to be very understaffed and miserable to be there taking orders. Very unclean. Highly don’t recommend coming to the store!

Spent $17 for a #13 +clams once I got to work to check order I had NO butterfly shrimp, NO popcorn shrimp, No fries, No tarter and No Hot sauce! Management wouldn’t even except my call!!! Where did customer service go? You have one job to serve food and you can’t get that right! We are all very Lucky and Happy that none of these people will ever have a job delivering babies!

I haven’t been to one of these in 18years and I’m not sure why. The food is decent the atmosphere is good I dunno maybe I need to remember it exists and pop in more often. The other menu items seem interesting.

We walked in, not being busy and got through ordering really quickly, only sitting for about 10 min, and already getting our food. I very much enjoyed our food, the burgers were perfectly melted and tasted amazing, the fish was pretty crunchy and left my taste buds feeling good, the onion rings were my favorite, being cooked well and coming with more than expected. Overall, I would recommend, having an amazing dinner.

10/19/2023 @2:30pm. The fries tasted like fish & were barely warm. You should probably not fry A&W fries in oil that you fry LJS fish in, Nasty! The guy in the drive through seemed to have an attitude about something & when I said thank you after he handed me my food he just looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. Good customer service goes a long way! Do NOT recommend!

It was clean and the staff was really nice. They forgot a couple things but was easy to fix that, the food tasted great aside from the fries. They tasted like old oil and were stale -not- good. Burger was delicious. The float, i didn’t get at first by mistake but when I did get it after I returned to the location it was not filled up it was like halfway but it was really good. Let me start off by saying the elderly lady up front was friendly and helpful. However the manager told her we could only order carry out when they still had over a hour till they closed the dining room. She also talked down on the elderly lady that took our order. Watched a complaint come in because they missed some things on her order. And she told her she would have to wait that she didn’t have time for her as she went to the back and got on her phone. It takes a lot to make me mad when it comes to food places. The treatment of customers and the elderly employee, not to mention the lieing to a customer’s is completely unacceptable. Wont ever come to this store again. After reading thru other complaints, it shows how little the owners care.

Went to get my dad some dinner, took forever. Once your in the drive thru you cannot get out. Took my money really quick and i thought yay but no waited another ten minutes. Total time was 35 minutes, 3 cars in front of me, fish and shrimp dinner. Food looked good, should for the cost. I had not been there for at least 20 yrs. I was there from out of state to visit my elderly dad, it was his request.
