The employee that worked today was probably the best employee I’ve ever seen in my life. I own a mobile mechanic company and if this guy knew mechanics, I’d hire him in a heartbeat. I unfortunately forgot his name, but he said he’s usually from the Blissfield location, but it’s a bald dude with some guns for arms. Humble, patient, attentive, informative, and overall just a nice guy with a nice energy. He was professional and enthusiastic. Literally searched far and wide for a guy like this and unfortunately cannot find somebody like this guy. Subway, give him his own store immediately.

Jayden is the worst employee to deal with at this location. He is rude and talks crap to you as he makes your sandwich. While also talking crap about his manager but claming he is a manager. Told me he has only worked there 2 weeks. As someone who worked at a subway in the past, my opinon is he makes a terrible sandwich and should be let go. He also said he gives his mom discounts without coupons.

Went into subway to get a sandwich tonight. Waited in line for 30 minutes for a sub (not joking). When I ordered I asked for it toasted and they asked me what sauce I wanted. I said Mayo and they told me they now put on the sauce before toasting the sandwich. HOW DO PEOPLE NOT GET SICK! Then I asked for lettuce and they said they were out. I moved to Clinton 9 months ago and have been here maybe 1/2 a dozen times, and they’re always out of something….a lot of things, to be honest. Ordered online once, and they were out of ham. Never have cookies. They’ve never once had the Huberts Lemonade (my favorite). The only reason we keep trying is because we can actually use coupons here, and Tecumseh’s Subway doesn’t, and Subway is one of my son’s favorite places to eat. Sandwiches were ok today, but ordering online sucks when asking for extra toppings because they scimp a lot on toppings if you’re not watching them make it! (Sandwich pictured was supposed to be extra pickles, extra cucumbers and lettuce)

The staff are revolving and not trained properly. If you order online or are wanting something specific forget it, because they will likely be out. If they are out of sliced meat they will tell you to order something else because they either do not know how to slice more or it will take too long. They run out of bread too, not sure why they are still in business! I doubt they will be long if something does not change.

This place is absolute garbage I walked in there and was waiting for around ten minutes for my turn then the old lady working asks if I’ve been helped and when I answer she goes on to help the guy that just walked in mind you I already knew this was going to happen (I’m a Muslim man and my sister was with me who wore a hijab) this is

Today when I came into this location it was lunchtime and there was only one person working, I believe her name tag said Desi. Let me tell you this girl needs a RAISE. You could tell she wasn’t feeling well and was overwhelmed but she handled it like a champ and took care of everyone as quickly as possible. She did a GREAT job!!

Bread is always way overcooked. If you toasted it, you might as well just be eating a giant crouton.
Always out of MANY things. Yesterday, out of just the things I asked for, they were out of 2 cheeses, 3 dressings, and oregano. Somebody asked for a meatball sub, and apparently they were out of those too.
The only good thing about this location is the customer service. Staff is always friendly and as helpful as they can be when they’re out of most everything you need to make a halfway decent sandwich.
Oh, and they don’t take coupons.

My food was cold, there were no toppings, the lady took forever. I witnessed customers walk out the knives weren’t clean so I had to wait for her to clean them. The bathroom is unsafe and you can get trapped in there. The lady thought all of this was funny. Overall I would not recommend this location to anybody.
