I am so glad we have Ronnie’s in this area. Their customer service is AWESOME and The food is just as great. I tried them on a Friday and I had them two more times within a week. Their fish is fried to perfection and I don’t know what they do Their carrots and jalapeños but I’ll always want extras of it. My two year old rarely eats fish but when I bought some Ronnie’s home, she ate more than her share..she ate 3 pieces and cried when there was no more fish. I’ll be glad when they have their full menu and accept debit cards but I will be back regardless!! Keep up the great work staff.

I didn’t get all my food this is the second time this has happened I ordered large nuggets and large fries and 10 pieces of filet strips I did not receive my 10 piece filet strips which is $22 feels like I just got robbed..sir I stay in Lancaster I would never order food from oak cliff to come here..yall open for 2 or 3 weeks then close back down and have been doing that for the last 6 months

Ronnies is a go-to spot for me when I’m craving catfish. Ordered a 10 piece, and it came with all of the works. Kids are happy Food is fresh, taste is what I’m looking for, and there is a good portion to price ratio. Customer service of this location is on point. Menu options are easy to select. My son has food allergies and I am super impressed with the accommodation of the order. 10/10 visit. Thank you!

I ordered 2 PC filet and they were small, the pieces were dark. My husband ordered a 3pc and asked for soft cook but it was cooked hard. This one in Lancaster was not like the other Ronnies that we’ve been to.

Ok EVERYONE, THIS place is AWESOME! The food is DELICIOUS and the customer service is amazing. Carla the cashier made my first time experience so unforgettable that I returned 2 days later for more of what I rate the most delicious fish that I’ve had in a very long time! The food was fresh and I enjoyed the short wait because the entertaining music was pleasant. The only flip side is that this is a cash only establishment in Lancaster. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Ms. Carla for the utmost customer service and making my experiences pleasantly unforgettable. Keep up the good work…you are a GEM and Mr. Ronnie is lucky to have someone like you representing his establishment.

I wish I could give negative stars. I will never patronize this company again and I will make sure to let all I know not to as well. I’ve been getting fish from here on Fridays for a while and even though it’s never been the best customer service or consistent food quality I still continued to go because they are a small business and that who needs the support but that’s over. I ordered a 10 pieces catfish meal. I get home (first mistake because I should have checked my order there but my husband picked it up) and I have 8 pieces of random pieces of fish in the box. When my husband picked up the order he heard then going back and forth about there being no more fish and he called for some and it wasn’t there. That’s why I got 8 pieces instead of 10. I thought I ordered filets but the lady in the front showed me my mistake and that was fine but when she opened the box she looked and told me they didn’t give me the fish like that and then said the dasher took it but there was no dasher, we picked it up. Then she insinuated that I took the fish and I told her I don’t have to lie about some fish. We wait on our other 2 pieces of fish and it’s been 20 minutes so my husband tried to just take the order back and she lied right to his face and said she couldn’t refund the money because it was paid for online. We called DoorDash, like she said and they confirmed the funds went directly to them and they are the ones who should process the refund (it make sense). All this to say their customer service is obsolete and you have lost a dedicated customer.

I bought a four piece catfish steak they gave me two steaks split in the middle and charge me for four pieces. That was my first time going there and my last it’s like they split the horseshoe in the mirror not even a whole piece. I had a whole two piece and they split it and they pull.
