Ronnies is a go-to spot for me when I’m craving catfish. Ordered a 10 piece, and it came with all of the works. Kids are happy Food is fresh, taste is what I’m looking for, and there is a good portion to price ratio. Customer service of this location is on point. Menu options are easy to select. My son has food allergies and I am super impressed with the accommodation of the order. 10/10 visit. Thank you!

Ok EVERYONE, THIS place is AWESOME! The food is DELICIOUS and the customer service is amazing. Carla the cashier made my first time experience so unforgettable that I returned 2 days later for more of what I rate the most delicious fish that I’ve had in a very long time! The food was fresh and I enjoyed the short wait because the entertaining music was pleasant. The only flip side is that this is a cash only establishment in Lancaster. I will definitely be returning. Thank you Ms. Carla for the utmost customer service and making my experiences pleasantly unforgettable. Keep up the good work…you are a GEM and Mr. Ronnie is lucky to have someone like you representing his establishment.

Horrible custom service! Served me what appears to be fish that was not properly cleaned. When I return to the restaurant, less than 10 minutes later for a refund… The ghetto cook came from the back threw the plate onto the counter yelling about how they don’t give refunds and how the fish is fully cooked even though my complaint was the fish was not clean. I was not given a refund was only offered more food, however, I didn’t want any more fish from this establishment. So I left with no food, no refund on and I’m still hungry. The entire time I was there, they cook was in the back just screaming and yelling about the fish being done, very ghetto and unprofessional. People hanging in front of the store selling drugs…I have been patronizing this location since they opened. A ghetto hot mess of an experience I will never return here again.

This place is trash. The employees are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL n rude. They have no kind of customer service skills at all. The cook is rude as hell!! The fish was either not cleaned or was cooked to fast where it was not even cooked in side. They will not give any money back. Wants you to get sumthin else. WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

Disgusting! I was originally headed to find another restaurant in the area, and thought this place was it! I came in and the Hispanic girl at the front was not friendly. The restaurant i was looking for had closed, and since I was there I felt it couldn’t hurt to get a fish dinner. I ordered 3 catfish fillets and 3 shrimp combo. My total was 12.50. I waited about 10 min in my car. I came back in the unfriendly lady handed me my food, and I left with hunger and excitement i open my food took one bite, and felt instantly sick! The fish was SPOILED! Unfresh!!!!after a second I could smell the sourness of the fish. I proceeded back to the restaurant and opened my box I told her the fish was spoiled. She began to argue stating it was fres. She even pointed putting her finger on my food at the brown soured insides and said “that part is suppos d to be cut off” The fish was brown underneath the batter. Her next statement in a rude tone is we don’t give refunds I asked to speak to a manger she called and he advised no refunds! I didn’t want to eat anything but since I couldn’t get my money back I settled for a burger that was 8 dollars (still short) once I recieved the burger it wasn’t even real beef!!!! Yuk! I ended up giving the food to a person who was homeless! But let’s just say OSHA needs to be called and a serious inspection needs to be done! Don’t eat here it’s food poisoning!
