Food has always been good, and the people are friendly at least all of them I have had the pleasure of meeting. I go at least 2x a month and get 5 subs for my family. So they are good with big orders too .

Will not be back to this Subway.
They let you order all the things on the app including pretzels, cookies, subs with cheese, etc. Then your order disappears when its time to pick it up and no one knows how to help you, even though your bank account was charged.
Then they said if my order magically shows up later, they will still make it and my account will be charged any way, even though I’m not there (or told) to pick it up.
On top of all that, they are out of everything, cheese, soup, pretzels, etc. Paid $30 for 2 subs and had to add my own cheese at home?

Went there to get me and my co workers lunch for break and this is what I get: a sloppy thrown together sandwich so she could move me along in line! Barely asked me what I wanted on MY sandwich no professionalism at all! NEVER going back!

Make sure they put enough meat on your sandwich. I think Miss “Garlic Roast Beef” (the one that wears the Subway jersey says that) has been cheating people out of the amount of meat they should get. Every subway sandwich is supposed to come with a certain amount of meat on it, and they even have a scale for measuring the meat out on the front counter, to make sure they get it right, but I think they are still screwing people over. So if you like the meat on your sandwich, keep an eye on them when they make it, to make sure they aren’t cheating you out of any of it. The amount of meat they tried to put on my sandwich was pathetic.I made sure to fill out the survey on the subway receipt letting them know that too.

None of the employees wear hair nets and I’ve watched several of them wipe their noses and mouthed and then immediately touch food. The girl running the place is rude as can be I watched her sit on her phone talking to someone and discussing personal family matters while simultaneously taking customers orders and ringing them up and acting as if they were inconveniencing her and interrupting her phone call. Extremely unprofessional.

I went to order a sub for my lunch. The lady(kayla) was unpleasant and short with me. She barely talked and when she did it seemed like she was mad. I asked for extra veggies and she went to put on very little lettuce I repeated myself thinking maybe she didn’t hear me and she snapped at me saying she has to be able to close the sandwich which I get but this was the first veggie she was putting on and barely put any on it. At that point I just wanted to cancel order and walk away

To the girl is that keeps rolling her eyes to everything with an attitude also does a half ass making the subs. Which no name tag. I tried calling to talk to management but goes straight to voicemail.

Walked in at 9:00, waited and waited. We could hear someone in back working. We finally went to the end of counter and yelled several times when we finally heard “give me a minute” . When she finally stomped up front with zero eye contact we said hi several times and that we didn’t know if she could hear us because there was no response from her in the back. She continued to not look at us and said nothing but her face said it all. Did not want her serving us anything at that point so we left. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
