Worst Subway experiences I’ve ever had. My wife and I have given them multiple chances, and they never get it right. Example, just this last time, they forgot my chips, and black olives that were supposed to be on All three sandwiches, but only one had them. This isn’t the first time either. Don’t tell them that there is an issue, or they might do something bad to your food. We’ve found/had other issues with our food from there as well, including putting one meat on the sandwich, as there should have been three separate kinds. They are an independently owned franchise, so they really only care about making money, Not customer service or quality. Heard that their employees write reviews for them for a better rating. We wouldn’t even consider giving them a chance again just based off of their now, even worse chincy portions and lack of cleanliness.

Drive an hour to grab a sub. Find out it’s messed up. Asked for a refund so we didn’t turn around. Manager said no we needed to bring the sandwich back. Seriously? And waste $15 more in gas to get my $15 back? No thanks. I’ll lose my money and never return here again on our way through. This is the third time we’ve had an issue with this store screwing up our orders.

Placed an online order and paid in advance through the app. We arrived about 10 minutes early so we took a seat to wait but let them know we were there for the online order. Our sandwiches started to be prepared about the time the online app said they should be ready, which we didn’t mind because we knew they were busy. They were out of the meat we ordered so we had to choose something else, which we understand things happen and choose a different sandwich as the replacement. The lady that was making our sandwich leaned in to get the toppings and her breast was sitting on the sandwich. I knew at that point I was not going to eat the food we already paid for. The knife was also wrapped up in my sandwich and we had to alert the employee of that. We walked out and threw the sandwiches away and are now going to pay for another meal at a different establishment. Unfortunately will not be returning to this location again.

I tried to go in and get at sandwich at 8:30 and the lady said we’re closed and told me I could not get a sandwich bc they put everything away. The hours sign on the door says they close at 9 I think maybe they got a little bit ahead of themselves
