Placed online order. Got call didn’t have most of order. So had to void online takes 12-24 put back on card. Placed over phone order. While on phone. Hang up get another call don’t have half that order. Place new one. Get there and they don’t offer a discount or even a I’m sorry. So first order was 32 dollars and second one was 42. Won’t recommend ordering online or over phone. And not even a discount very disappointed in subway.

Ordered curbside today. My order was supposed to be done at 7:20. I wait a few minutes after parking. And I get my food at 8:20pm waiting for my three subs, three bags of chips and 6 cookies. I tried to hit the “here” button twice and tried to call twice and no one answered the phone. The reason I ordered curb side was because I have my autistic daughter with me that has “episodes” in large crowds and gets agitated when sitting in one spot for too long. Other wise I would have walked in there and got the food. Not to mention all the gas I’m wasting sitting here with my ac on because it’s 90 degrees outside. When I finally get my food it turned out they were out of the cookies I wanted and they forgot the chips. The employee that brought me my food was oblivious to her surroundings and almost didn’t see my giant black suv about three car lengths away from this front door. I’m finally home with my family ready to eat and I take a bite of my sub.. the bread was still a little doughy in the middle. I’m sorry to complain so much but that was just a terrible experience for something that was only supposed to take 20 minutes according to the app. This place needs more staff and better management in my opinion.

Worst experience ever at this place and ive been coming here for years… the young girls working had nothing ready to make a full sandwich in the cases.. i had to ask them to get ranch for my sub because the girl said i have mayo when i told her ranch on my chicken bacon ranch and she went to the back n came out with not ranch.. tasted like blue cheese..when my husband said if yall aint got ranch just tell me ill pick something else to eat the girl grabbed more bread cuz she knew it was not ranch in the bottle labeled ranch..so i said yall put that on my sub knowing its not ranch.. when i ordered a chkn bcn ranch sub… they couldn’t respond… so we left.. we wont be coming back to this establishment till they train their employees properly…

Ordered online at 5:30 app said be done at 5:45. Got there 6:15 cause it always takes twice as long as they say got there and not done. Not even started. Asked a worker where the order was and they did not print out the recite. When she handed me my order it was 6:50. Not Happy.
